Shifting Of 10 Hp Submersible Pump Set Along With Complete Enm Equipments From Shank No 17 To Ranney Well No A1 Palla Area Re Invite-Lifting Of Submersible Pump Sets Of Tube Wells From Bores At Shank No. - 17, Palla Area By Carrying Out Following Work :-Dismantling The Unused Tube Well ( I.E Water Main Not Existing ) By Taking Out The Submersible Pump Sets, Pipes, Tail Piece Etc. From The Bore. Taking Out The G.I Pipes By Opening The Nut And Bolts, Taking Out The Submersible Cable, Pump Sets From The Bore By The Help Of Tripod / Hydra As Gadders Are Not Available At Site And The Bores In Low Line Area. All T&P, Tripod Stand And Other Material Handling Equipment’S And Machinery I.E Hydra; If Required Shall Be Arranged By The Firm. The Work Shall Be Carried Out All Safety Measures, Precautions As Required At Site. The Job Also Includes The Dismantling Of Starter Panels Of Pump Set / Tube Well. 2 Providing And Fixing Of Blank / Dead Bore Cover To The Main Bore Cashing Of Size – 10 / 8 Inch. The Job Also Includes The Fixing Of Bore Cover With The Welding Machine For Safety Point Of View. 3 Shifting Of Submersible Pump Sets Along With Complete E&M Equipments I.E Pipes, Tail Piece, Submersible Pump Sets, Valves, Starter Panels Etc. 4 Lifting / Dismantling The Defective Installation By Taking Out The Burnt 20 Hp Submersible Pump Sets Along With Pipes, Tail Piece Etc. From The Well By Removing The Extended Pipe Fitting And Fixing The Blank Flange With Main Supply Line To Avoid Back Flow. Disconnecting The Main Supply Or Isolate The System / Motor From The Starter. 5 Installation / Lowering Of Submersible Pump Sets Along With All E&M Equipment’S In Well With Required Material Handling Equipment’S With All Safety Precautions For Installation In The Deep Well By The Help Of Heavy Labour. The Job Includes Erection The Complete Pipeline With Hardware Goods On Each Joint. The Job Includes Connecting The Delivery Line Of The Submersible Pump With The Existing Header Line And Also Includes Arrangement Of Other Required Material And Tool And Tackles For Connecting In Proper Manure. This Job Also Includes Fixing All Above Electrical Items, Laying Of Cables & Making All Electrical Connection From Motor, Lt Panel, Starter, Thimbling & Taping In All Respect With The Help Of Skilled Labor As Per Instruction Of Engineer In Charge. The Job Also Includes The Fixing Of Starter Panels On Wall With The Help Of Fasteners Etc. As Per Requirement Of Site.

1	Lifting of Submersible pump sets of tube wells from bores at shank no. - 17, Palla area by carrying out following work :-Dismantling the unused tube well (i.e water main not existing) by taking out the submersible pump sets, pipes, tail piece etc. from the bore. Taking out the G.I Pipes by opening the nut and bolts, taking out the submersible cable, pump sets from the bore by the help of Tripod/hydra as gadders are not available at site and the bores in low line area. All T&P, tripod stand and other material handling equipment’s and machinery i.e hydra; if required shall be arranged by the firm. The work shall be carried out all safety measures, precautions as required at site. The job also includes the dismantling of starter panels of pump set/tube well.
2	Providing and fixing of blank/dead bore cover to the main bore cashing of size – 10/8 inch. The job also includes the fixing of bore cover with the welding machine for safety point of view.
3	Shifting of submersible pump sets along with complete E&M Equipments i.e pipes, tail piece, submersible pump sets, Valves, starter panels etc.
4	Lifting/Dismantling the defective installation by taking out the Burnt 20 HP submersible pump sets along with pipes, tail piece etc. from the well by removing the extended pipe fitting and fixing the blank flange with main supply line to avoid back flow. Disconnecting the main supply or isolate the system/motor from the starter.
5	Installation/lowering of submersible pump sets along with all E&M equipment’s in well with required material handling equipment’s with all safety precautions for installation in the deep well by the help of heavy labour. The job includes erection the complete pipeline with hardware goods on each joint. The job includes connecting the delivery line of the submersible pump with the existing header line and also includes arrangement of other required material and tool and tackles for connecting in proper manure. This job also includes Fixing all above electrical items, laying of cables & making all electrical connection from motor, LT Panel, Starter, thimbling & taping in all respect with the help of skilled labor as per instruction of Engineer in Charge. The job also includes the fixing of starter panels on wall with the help of fasteners etc. as per requirement of site.
