    Tender For Supply Of The Items No PARTICULARS BRAND/ MAKE APPROXIMATE QUANTITY Rean No: 2352/ Department Of Physics: [Research project of Dr. Kaustuv Das] 01 Upgrading the existing tube furnace into a vacuum furnace: 1. The existing 2 inch quartz tube furnace to be upgraded to vacuum furnace such that the pressure inside the tube is < 5 x 10 Torr for furnace temperature of 1100°C. 01 No. 2. An oil free two stage Rotary pump with power cable to be supplied to attain the above mentioned vacuum. 3. A digital Pirani gauge with gauge head, meter and wires has to be attached with the system to read the working pressure. 1. SS flange sets with O-rings, couplings to be fitted with the furnace to achieve the vacuum. 5. Valve and Tee to be attached with arrangements of gas purging with required size high vacuum O-rings. 6. SS below of at least 2 meters long to be provided to connect the furnace with the vacuum pump. 7. Minimum 10 sets of all size O-rings and couplers to be provided. 8. Leak test and vacuum check with temperature of furnace at maximum value to be done during installation. 9. Minimum one year warranty to be provided for Rotary pump and Gauge.
