Tender For Overhead Foam Storage And Loading System For Rajasthan Refinery Project ( Rrp ) ; 1 In Case Of Discrepancies In The Item Description / Quantity In This Price Schedule Then Description / Quantity Etc As Per Mr Shall Prevail. 2 Bidder Shall Furnish Prices / Details As Above, In Accordance With Itb . 3 All The Columns Of Quoted Items In The Price Schedule Must Be Filled With Required Information, As Applicable. 4 Bidder Must Quote The Price In Enclosed Price Schedule Formats Only.The Formats Shall Not Be Changed And / Or Retyped.For Any Deviation To The Formats, Offer May Be Rejected. 5 The Quoted Prices Shall Be Inclusive Of All Inspection And Testing Requirements As Specified In The Enclosed Mr. 6 The Evaluation Methodology For Award Shall Be As Per Itb 7 Evaluation And Ordering Shall Be Done On Group Wise Basis. 8 As Stated Elsewhere In Tender, Bidder Is Required To Quote All Components Of Price Schedule. In Case, It Is Found That Some Of Components Of Price Schedule Viz. Freight, Ocean / Air Freight Charges, Incidental Services Component, Etc. Are Left Blank Or Quoted “Nil / Zero” In Price Bid, The Same Shall Be Considered Inclusive In Total Quoted Price For Evaluation And Ordering. No Confirmation From The Bidder Shall Be Sought In This Regard 9 I ) Bidders Must Submit This Preamble With Their Bid With Both Unpriced & Priced Offer. Ii ) Bidders Are Mandatorily Required To Enter Their Name In The Each Page Of Excel File / Pdf File Of Price Schedule Provided In The E-Tender Portal For Submission Of Unpriced & Price Bid 10 Quoted Site Work Charges Aganist Group A1 Of Mr Shall Be Minimum 26% Of The Quoted Supply Pricesofcorresponding Group. In Case Supplier Quotes Site Work Chargesaganist Group A1 Lesser Than 26% Of Supply Price Of Corresponding Group, The Differential Charges Shall Be Retained From Suppy Prices And Shall Be Paid Along With Last 10% Payment Of Supply Charges Which Will Be Paid After Completion Of Site Work. 11 I ) Bidders Must Submit This Preamble With Their Bid With Both Unpriced & Priced Offer.
