Bidder scope include Supply, design, engineering, manufacture, procurement of materials and bought out components, assembly at shop, shop painting, inspection, testing at manufacturer’s works, packing, delivery to Site of following mentioned outdoor type power transformers for NRL Expansion project (Substation No.-16), including supply of special tools and tackles. The transformer shall comply with the specification, data sheet and other codes and standard attached or referred. The Complete Package consist of following items-

Tag No.: 1U64-SS16-TR-208A/B (Power Transformer)- 2 Nos25 / 31.5 MVA, 33 / 6.9 kV,50Hz, Three Phase, Double Wound, Core Type, Oil immersed, ONAN / ONAF, Dyn11 with 12.5% (with 0% negative tolerance and +10% positive tolerance) impedance.2.) Tag No.: 1U64-SS16-TR-209A/B (Power Transformer)- 2 nos20 / 25 MVA, 33 / 6.9 kV,50Hz, Three Phase, Double Wound, Core Type, Oil immersed, ONAN / ONAF, Dyn11 with 12.5% (with 0% negative tolerance and +10% positive tolerance) impedance.3.) Condition Monitoring (CM) and Asset Performance Management (APM)- 1 LotEach transformer shall be provided with Condition Monitoring (CM) and Asset Performance Management (APM) system. The Condition Monitoring and Asset Performance Management system shall comply with the specification, data sheet, System Architecture and other codes and standard attached or referred.4. Supply of one set of Mandatory spares for each type and rating of power transformer as per the Spare parts, special tools and consumable’s philosophy, Annexure - IV.5.
