Name of the item Specification Validity General: The Scrub Typhus Detect™ lgM ELISA for exposure to Orientia 1 year Scrub Typhus Detect™ tsutsugamushi (OT; formerly Rickettsia) is an ELISA system for the detection lgM ELISA Kit, 96 Tests of IgM antibodies in human serum to OT-derived recombinant antigen. Technical: • Tests IgM -class antibodies against detection of Scrub Typhus • Specificity for IgM -class antibodies to detect Scrub Typhus >93% • Sensitivity for lgM -class antibodies to detect Scrub Typhus >99% • Kit for 96 tests • All sera should be tested at a 1:100 dilution and the results read at 450 nm using a microplate reader The qualitative immunoenzymatic determination of IgM -class antibodies against detection of Scrub Typhus is based on the ELISA & there is a huge load of samples for testing in every month, kits must be supplied within 1 week of producing order copy to the supplier.
