    Making Necessary Arrangements For Republic Day-2024 Celebration On 26-01-2024 Function To Be Held At Sicop Bijbehara- 1 Providing and fixing of Water proof Shamyana (Pandala with steel pipe frame) and kanats on hire charges basis of below mentioned sizes with all carriages to and fro and let out of same after completion of function complete. 2 1 No. (40/x40/), with Crewel Lining / furnishing for VVIP’s (Excel sheet) 3 1 No. (30/x30/) forCultural Prigrammes (without sides) with Crewel ceiling and Carpet flooring 4 1 No. (30/x120/) for general Public with normal ceiling sides and furnishing (Excel Sheet) 5 1 No. (10`x10`) for change with normalceiling sides and furnishing (Excel sheet) 6 Supply ofChairs, arranging in rows behind barricading and VIP area on hire charges including all carriages to and fro complete. 7 Plastic chairs ( to be supplied before 23 th January) 8 VIP Chairs ( to be supplied before 23 th January) 9 Soffa Sets (05 Seated) with Tables( to be supplied before 23 th January) 10 Supply / spreading of Red excel Mat along path for VIP entry on hire charges basis of below mentioned sizes with all carriages to and fro and let out of same after ompleteion of function 11 Supply and fixing of Tajeer / Kantas on hire basis of below mentioned size with all carriage to and fro and let out same after completeion of function complete ( to be supplied before 24th January) 12 Arrangment of heating (Gas) 13 Arrangment of heating (Gas) Carriagefor gas heaters (Arrangement by various departmens) from SDM office to the site of function and back SDM office after completeion of function
