2Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual meansfor foundation, substructures, plinth beam, cess pits & trenches, all kinds of foundation etc.,in all types of soil like hard gravelly soil, sandy soil for the followingdepth from average ground level upto the required founding level, line and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting, bailing out of water if necessary, levelling and ramming the bottom of trenches, dressing of sides, stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of trenches,refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and leveled) within the lead specified below all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
3All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 50 metres.
4All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 50 metres.
5All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 3m but not exceeding 4.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 50 metres.

7All kinds of soft rock with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 50 metres.
8All kinds of soft rock with depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 50 metres.
9Supplying and filling in basement with Quarry dust, filling in layers of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidatedby hand/mechanical roller including watering, levelling, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
10Supplying and filling the foundation and basement with crushed stone sand, filling in layers of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidatedby hand/mechanical roller including watering, levelling, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
11Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rate 1:29 ratio (1 part of chemical and 29 parts of water) and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages.i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.
12Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as per specifications.
13Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixingcoil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
14Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture,mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture.Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete.Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rateof cement specified in Schedule F.
15M30 grade with 370 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors
16Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 "SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make" and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel.The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department.For further details please see point 7 of Section VIII, General Information for Guidance of Tenderers.
17Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm andbelowmachine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts,preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specificationand as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
18Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for Basement and Ground Floor
19Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick non-decorative type flush door shutters (single or double leaf and size as per requirement) conforming to IS : 2202, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded, hot pressed with internal Teak wood lipping of 25mm depth on all sides and fixing with 4 Nos.150mm Stainless steel Hinges with suitable S.S. wood screws (8 Nos. 150mm Stainless steel Hinges with suitable S.S. wood screws incase double leaf) complete at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
20Providing and fixing Second class Teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory openings and other frames, wrought framed, fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing, making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, architectural beading with teakwood 50x6mm alround,finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 300mm long, 5mm thick or with rawl plugs and screws including protective painting to the surface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
21Providing and fixing 150x200mm vision panel in door shutter using 4mm thick glass with teakwood lipping of 20x10mm size alround complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
22Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) workfor doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required.(fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Note : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls.2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.
23Providing and fixing glazing with 5mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
24Providing and fixing IS:12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges of size 125 x 64 x 2.5mm (heavy weight) "GARG" or equivalent approved makewith suitablestainless steel screws etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
25Providing and fixing Stainless Steel tower bolts of size 250 x 12mm "GARG" or equivalent approved make with necessary screws etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
26Providing and fixing Anodised Aluminium handles 75mm with plate 125 x 32mm including fitting with necessary screws complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
27Providing and fixing approved quality Stainless steel body Roller wheelsof approved make for Slidingdoor shutters all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
28Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape,welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetrationetc. usingMS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, squaresections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/ Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection completeall as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:Lifting device arrangements if any required shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
29Providing and laying 20mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirtingwith cement concrete 1:2:4,using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
30Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand, 20mm thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufacturers specification, ‘Impermo’or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.
31Providing and laying cement based water proofing treatment with a course layer of broken bricks of various sizes to an average thickness of 75mm over a 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand mixed with water proofing compound, plastering the top layer 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, mixed with waterproofing compound, finished smooth with thread marking at 300mm squares (South India water proofing or equivalent, ratio to cement shall as per manufacturer specification or 2% to be adopted) Note: Suitable guarantee for 10 years is to be provided for this work.This work has to be executed as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
32Providing plastering to the ceiling surfaces at all elevations in cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand, 6mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing complete all as per specifications.
33Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.
34Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

36Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint(Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
37Providing, Laying, jointing, fixing and testing for following diameter of Exposed on wall plumping linesHeavy quality (C-Class) Galvanized Iron pipes of TATA or approved equivalent make and ISI marked fittings like, tees, elbows, bends, unions, nipples, reducers etc. as required for the work, including testing the pipes and fittings for 10.00 Kg / Sq.cm hydraulic pressure with a minimum period of two hours duration with clean water, including cutting , threading, jointing with hemp yarn, white lead, jointing Teflon tape, fixing in walls / trenches using clamps etc. including 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as per specifications and drawings, all as directed at site. Note: 1) The Contractor should engage minimum one person for operation and maintenance of Biogas plant. 2) The contractor scope involves collection of food waste from the canteen up to a lead distance of 5km with the required transport arrangement. 3) The labour / person employed for the maintenance shall work at site for a minimum time period of 8.30 Hours.
