Cartage of 02 unit of portable toilet cubicles and other allied material from agency\"s store to sites or from sites to the agency\"s store i/c loading and unloading by hiring of tempos or any other suitable mode of transport in accordance with traffic rules etc as required (MR)

Providingportable toilet cubicle on hire basis with complete service facility and withHelper (Care Taker cum Sweeper) for a period of round the clock or part thereof at the directed location as per following conditions :-(1) The water arrangement made by the agency.(2) Sewerage disposal to be made by agency.(3) The Helper (care Taker cum sweeper ) deployed by agency should wear proper uniform and ID Card.(4) The enough availability of soap, tissue papers,fragrance and sanitizeretc. must be provided & ensured for the users.(5) The toilet cubicle should have inbuiltflush & wash basin system, suitable lighting system and separate hand wash arrangement on every 10 no. cubicles lot.(6) The agency shall ensure supply of electricity through DISCOM/Solar panels .(7) The agency must be able to provide the required facility anywhere in NCT ofDelhi even at short- notice of 04 hours.(8) The agency must ensure that the toilet cubicles are in proper clean,working and physical state and properly assembled. (9) The agency must ensure male - female stickers,dept. logo on each cubicle i/c dustbin on each 10 cubicles lot , etc as reqd. (10) the supervisor in proper uniform and I.D. card deployed at site for proper monitoring of staff, water availability, cleanilines, hand wash etc. for 02 shifts i.e. 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM and 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM( 100 no. cubicles x 9 days =900 nos.)
