Special Condition : 1. Prototype Has To Be Got Approved From Icf/Rdso Before Effecting Bulk Supply (For New Vendor). 2. The Supplier Should Submit The Performance Details Of The Couplers Already Supplied Along With The Offer.The Tenderer Must Submit Detailed Clause-Wise Comments On The Specifications Icf/Md/Spec.No.307, Issue Status 01-Rev.00; Amd-1, Mdts-21292 Rev 00 And Rdso/2011/Cg-03 (Rev.1). In Absence Of Above, Offers Shall Be Deemed As Incomplete And May Not Be Considered. 3. There Will Be Minor Modification In Design Of Coupler Pocket.Firms Are Advised To Collect Final Drawings Before Manufacturing. 4. No Change Will Be Permitted In The Car Body Structure On Account Of Size, Shape, Design Of Coupler Offered By The Firm. 5. All The Tenderers Shall Submit General Arrangement Drawings Of The Coupler Offered Along With The Offer. 6. All Tenderers Shall Submit Confirmity Statement That The Offered Coupler Would Fit Into The Coupler Pocket Of Underframe Drawing Nos. Referred In Clause 4.2 Of Icf/Md/Spec/307 Issue Status 01-Rev.00; Amd-1 And No Modification Of Carbody Structure Is Needed. 7. Firm Is Required To Check And Certify The Correctness Of Muff Assembly Made Between The Couplers Of Coaches In Rake Formation. 8. The Middle Muff To Be Pre-Assembled And Tightened To The Required Torque While Supplying The Coupler. 9. Two Sets Of Special Spanner Per Rake Shall Be Supplied For Easy Dismantling The Muff Between
