6Supply and fixing 50mm bore Cast Iron Sluice Valve with stainless steel spindle, iron wheel head, both end flanged, ISI marked, Class PN 1.6, confirming to IS 14846 : 2000 with MS bolts, nuts and washers and a pair of rubbergasket joints complete all as specified and as directed.
7Material & labour for construction of 230mm thick brick masonary valve chamber built in CM 1:6 of valve pit of size 450x450x 700mm (internal size) with 100mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 100mm offset,15mm thick plastering internally and 15cm below GL externally in CM 1:6, 3mm thick MS sheet cover ,double door welded to 50mmx50mmx6mm MS angle iron frame fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping 50mm thick, 20mmx6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock 65mm brass and keys, MS handies of dia 6mm and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil / rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.
8Development of borewell including flushing out silts, fine sand by air compressor of suitable capacity not less than 450 CFM at 150 PSI & over pumping (25% extra capacity pump) to make water free from turbidity till clear water is obtained from bore wellcomplete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Pumping shall be of minimum 16 hour in two stages continious 8 hours with an interval of one (01) hour after first eight hour. (ii) The upper limit for duration in development shall be the time technically required to give result of development as per IS. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of increase of number of pumping hours actually required at site in excess of minimum period as above.)
9Yield test of bore hole after completion of development of bore well by pumping for 16 hrs to determine the safe pumping yield complete all as per ISand as directed including following:- (a) Collection of water samples from bore well and getting them tested chemical and bacteriological analysis from recognized institution by Govt. (b) Test on quality of water for drinking purposes.
10Supply and fixing submersible pump, set for tube well with submersible motor water lubricated, electric driven, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50z AC supply up to 190 mtr head and discharge 120 LPM (Approx) of suitable 15HP capacity complete, including lowering, commissioning and testingcomplete all as specified and as directed .
11Material and labour for well Cap 3 mm thick MS Plate in two halves having a hole of 90 mm bore at centre to accommodate 80 mm dia GI pipe, 6 Sqmm submersible cable 3 core and suitable for fixing at top of PVC casing pipe including provision ofmaterial & labour for flat iron 50x6 mm MS nut bolts and washers 5/8”x 3”long for holding down resting the pump on supporting all as specified and directed.
12Material and Labour column pipe 80 mm dia cast iron, both end flanged, conforming to IS 14846 of 2000 duly ISI marked, PN-1.6 complete in standard length of 3 metre each with nuts including making 02 Nos flanged joints and rubber gasket and MS nuts , bolts and lowering into well including supplying, lowering, fixing, commissioning & testing complete all as specified.
13Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of DG Set 40 KVA, four cylinder diesel engine, developing 56 BHP@1500 RPM, Engine will be water cooled by rail mounted, engine driven radiator of adequate capacity, with blower fan, fan guard, fan belts etc. The diesel engine shall be vertical, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke, designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in every 12 hrs of operation. Diesel Engine will comply with present CPCB norms. Diesel engine set as per IS 10002 and alternator as per IS-4722/BS EN 60034-1 with inbuilt electronic speed governor with micro processor based AMF control panel including necessary anti vibration pad and AMF panel as recommended by the manufacture the following specification complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) The diesel engine comprising of following:- (i)MICRO/BOSCH fuel pump with Mechanical Governor (ii) Dry type air cleaner (iii)Residential silencer (iv)First fill of Lubricant oil (v)Lubricating oil filter (Replaceable elemant type) (vi)Fuel oil filter (Spin on type) (vii) Battery charging alternator. (viii) Starter motor (This item is also includes the specification as enumerated in item No. 13 to13.06 here-in-after)

17(H)CORROSION RESISTANCE:- To make the enclosure weather proof:- (i)All sheet metal parts/components are hot dipped in seven tanks process, pre- treated and passivity. (ii) Sheet metal components shall be painted pure polyster powder coated based in black colour. (iii)Base frame is epoxy coated. (iv)Specially designed Residential Silencer is provided.
18(J) ACOUSTIC INSULATION: 1. Sound proofing of the enclosure done with quality Foam confirming to IS: 8183. 2. Acoustic form shall be fire retarded and fire resistant. 3. Attenuates are provided to control sound at entry and exit to and from the container. 4. Specially designed Residential Silencer is provided. 5,Hooks for lifting/Shifting. (K) VENTILATION AND AIR CIRCULATION: (i) Exhaust pipe is thoroughly insulated by covering it with glass wool and further gladded in Enclosure. (ii) Suitable slots/ventilators need to be provided in canopy for natural air circulation. (L) ELECTRICAL: (i) Neutral Body earthing points at the sides of enclosure are isolated through Dough Moulded compound. (ii)A light point with switch need to be provided inside the canopy. (M) SAFETIES: Emergency push button to stop the DG Set from outside, Lub oil level, Lub oil pressure, Fuel level indicator, Coolant level, Canopy temperature, High engine temperature.
19Notes: (i) Design / Drawing / BOM of the DG set showing the dimension is to be obtained from the OEM / Authorised supplier and is to be got approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. (ii) The cost of servicing including minor repairs / replacement such as topping up of coolant, engine / lubricating oil as well as lubricating filters including periodical checking of the complete DG sets for the complete defect liability period as and when required shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Any things missed out in the technical specification and as specified by manufacturers but technically required for efficient working of DG sets shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included of first fill of engine oil and final successful acceptance test. (v) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included of 12 hours test run at site in the present of representative of Accepting Officer. All testing arrangements / equipement, resistive load including POL shall be made available by the contractor. (vi) Cost of Foundation using PCC1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) (below ground level 20 cm and above ground level 30 cm) or as per instruction of Manufacturer but with minimum all around space of 0.50m from the accoustic enclosure) including necessary excavation and earth work shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vii) Foundation drawing as per the manufacturer"s recommendation to be submitted to the GEthrough Engr-in-charge for approval from Accepting Officer before commencement of work.
20Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chemical dosing system, (calcium Hypo chloride, 60-70% chlorine content granuels)alongwith injector with following specification with complete accessories like lead tubing, connecting ferrules, check valves all as specified and directed. (Make:- M/S Rayalaseema, VARIMA or Equivalent approved Make as per E-In-C). Specification: 1. Preparation Tank Model No. VST-1005 of net capacity 170 litres of FRP dosing tank consisting of:- a) Water inlet line, b) Over flow, c) Outlet with Y-Strainerd) Draine) Conical bottom for sludge deposition, f) Pot hole with cover, g) Level Gauge, h) Agitator 120W, 900 RPM, 1Phase flangemounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller. 2. Service tank model No. VST-1006 of net capacity 100 litres of FRP dosing tank, consisting of:- a) Water inlet line, b) Over flow, c) Outlet with Y-Strainer, d) Drain, e) Level Gauge, f) Agitator 120W, 900 RPM, 1Phase flangemounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller. g) Inspection Report, h) Provisioning of mounting pump on lid/wall. 3. 21Supply and fixing 50 mm bore wafer type cast iron non return valve having machine flange including all fitting and accessories complete, the non return valve shall be tested to 10 Kg / Sqcm pressure. (PN-1.0 Pressure rating) of size complete all as specified and directed.
22Supply and fixing 50 mm bore butterfly valve with flange joints and jointing material complete all as specified and directed.
23Supply and laying submersible flat cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volt grade with copper conductor 6 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

25Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (prototype having been CPRI type test certified),LT feeder pillar box(KIOSK), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars suitable Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators.
