1M & L for general servicing of 8.75 TR, Package type AC Plant Qty-03 sets of Voltas makeat Kiran DSS Hangar including carry out the following works: (a) Cleaning of return air filters. (b) Checking of blower fan belts alignment and serviceability.(c) servicing of electrical contral panel board and its wiring of the plant.(d) Cleaning of drain lines.(e) Checking of leakage of gas.(f) Checking of pressure. Note:- 1) The above checks shall be carried out once in every two months and the same shall be measured as one job. 2) If any refrigerent gas is required, the same shall be measured and paid separatelly as supply only against item No-4 here in after.
2M & L for Cleaning of indoor and outdoor Condenser coil / Evoporator coil as per manufacturers standard practice for item no 1 above complete all as specified and directed for AC plant at Hangar. Note:- The above checks shall be carriedout once in everyfour months and the same shall be measured as one job.
3M & L for vaccumising, dehydrating and carry out pressure test with nitrogen gas including ensuring that there is no leakage in the system for item no 1 complete for the above package units all as directed by Engr-in-charge for AC Plant at Hangar.
4Supply ofR - 22 Refrigerent gas and charging in the AC plant installed at Hangar complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The gas shall be procured from original manufacures or auth manufactures stockist/distributor/dealer only and GST voucher etc shall be submitted to Deptt.
5M & L for dismantling of hermatically sealed compressor of model No. ZR 57KC - TFD - 522, make - Copeland suitable for 5.50 TR plant for item no 1 and provn of new compresser of same make and model in the unit complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-The Compressor shall beprocured from original manufacures or auth manufactures stockist/distributor/dealer only and Manufactures warranty certificate duly mentioned compressor make sl No ,model and GST voucher details etc shall be submitted to Deptt along with GST vouchers etc.
6M & L for dismantling of fan in the outdoor unit of capacity 8.75TR AC Plant for item no 1 and provn of new Fan, Single phase,400 watts of existing capacity all as specified and directed.
7M & L for removing the blowermotor of capacity 2 HP installed at Hangar for rewindingwith same guage, weight and same number of turns of super annealed copper wire including paper /tape of approved quality and varnishingwith Class I varnishing compound including heating and re-assembling the motor, testing and commissioning after repair includingreplacement of worn out bearing ,shaft complete allas specified and directed.
8M & L in replacement ofmicro processor board [PCB] same as per exisingin 8.75 TR package AC plant at Hangarincluding testing completeall as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
9M & L for taking out the burnt out/unserviceable three phase 440 volts 32 Amps contactor from LT control panel, and supply and fixing the same capacity and model of the contactor. Model ML-3 of makes L&T/Siemens/BCH.
10M & L for general servicing of 8.75 TR, Package type AC Plant Qty-03 sets of Bluestar makeat Signal section including carry out the following works: (a) Cleaning of return air filters. 23M & L for in replacement ofmicro processor board [PCB] in 22 TR -02 Units and 11 TR - 02 Units package AC plant including testing complete all as specified and directed .
24M & L for Descaling of condensor unit of capacity 35 TR by circulating dilute hydrochloric acid solution and cleaning the tubes with wire brush by removing the side cover till the tubes are thoroughly cleaned and re-circulating the fresh water after fixing the side coverincluding replacement of gasketset complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
25M & L for Dismantling the cooling tower of capacity 70 TR central AC plant installed at FMS bldg and draining out complete water, cleaning honey comb fins by canstic soda and wire brush including cleaning the cooling tower tank and remove all algae from the basin,removing sediments from the all around cooling tower and GI pipes complete with replacement of 50mm float valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. Note: The time between first and second cleaning shall be six month minimum.
26M & L for Painting of mono block pump set with motor and blower motor cooling tower motor of any capacity with two coats of red oxide and one coat of existing colour of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning and scrubbing complete with base and supports etc., all as specified and directed.
27M & L for vaccumising the plant by using vaccum pump up to (-) 30 PSIG pressure and hold the same under vaccum pressure upto 24 hours including necessary welding and bracing if required complete all as specified and directed for 35 TR AC plant.
28M & L for leak testingthe plant by using nitrogen Gasup to 300 PSIG pressureand hold the same under high pressure upto 24 hours including necessary welding and bracing if required complete all as specified and directed for 35 TR AC plant.
29M & Lforcharging/topping upthe refrigerant gas R-134Ainto the system, testing complete in FMS central AC plant all as specified and as directed.
30M & L for Dismantlingand overhauling of Air handling unitof capacity 70 TR central AC plant installed at FMS and assembling, testingfor following parts. (a) Inspect absolute filters , removed and cleanby used vaccum cleaner and refix the same. (b) Clean cooling coil, applyinggrease for all motors, check and adjust belt tension if required, check condition of blower shaft, scroll, impeller and bearings, check tightness of all electrical terminations, clean water line strainers, check proper balancing system, check for noise and vibration. (c) Check healthy operation of controls and safety devices. (d) Air filters: Removal and fixing after cleaning by Air Blower and water.Note: The above checks shall be carried out once in every three months and the same shall be measured as one job.
31Supply & Installation of Fresh AirDamper hand operatedof size 2500 mm x 400mm as per exsisting GI sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge
32Supply & Installation of return AirDamper hand operatedof size 1200 mm x 1200mm as per exsisting GI sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge
33Taking down existing glass wool insulation and M & L of 13mm Thick Thermal Insulation - Closed Cell Elastomeric Foam Nitrile Rubber Insulation With Class - O , Installation with synthetic rubber adhesive to be applied on the Surface of the duct Inside and fix these Insulation as per the Given Dimensions, Density 50 KG/M3.
34M & L for dismantling Monoblock pump set 10 /5 HPmodel UP50/30 removing scales cleaning, heating varnishing of motor winding, servicing the pump sets by repalcing the worn out bushes, bearings, gland rope, gland mounting assly,Gun metal Impeller, bolts & nuts,etc reassembling the complete pump set including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
35M & L for dismantling burnt out three phase, 50 C/S capacity 10 / 5HP motor for rewindingwith same guage, weight and same number of turns of super annealed copper wire including paper /tape of approved quality and varnishingwith Class I varnishing compound including heating and re-assembling the motor, testing and commissioning after repair includingreplacement of worn out bearing complete allas specified and directed.
36M & L for dismantling burnt out three phase, 50 C/S capacity 60 Hp/45 KWcompressor motor for rewindingwith same guage, weight and same number of turns of super annealed copper wire including paper /tape of approved quality and varnishingwith Class I varnishing compound including heating and re-assembling the motor, testing and commissioning after repair includingreplacement of worn out bearing complete allas specified and directed.
37M & L for dismantlingof compressor including taking down unserviceable parts and refixing new parts whererever necessary complete all as directed by AGE after pumping down complete system and collecting the refrigerant into condenser, compressor oil into clean container & disconnecting the compressor from suction & discharge side and including leak testing of compressor after reassembling the parts, recharging/filling retrieved oil & gas, replacement of belt if required and testing upto satisfactory cooling performance complete all as specified and directed. Note:-1) Spareparts,refrigerent gas and compressor oil for top up if required shall be measured and paid for supply only in respect item of this schedule for 35TR. 2) metal filling, grinding, polishing spring, washer, quarter and consumable items such as grease, cotton waste etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

77Disconnect ,taking down existing Condenser/Chilled water pump with motor and worn out CI base frame structure at FMS AC plant. M&L for fabrication of new CI Base Framewith two coat of red oxide primer with single coat of enemelled paint as per existing dimention, size of CI material including grounting fully threared nuts and bolts all as requied at site. Re- installation existingpump with motor, erection with proper alignmentand testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Grounting on foundation with new nut and bots by providing new pcc work shall be measured and paid in relevant schedule of item. Note for central AC plant and Package AC plant :- 1) The Contractor is responsible to carry out general servicing, other repairs and charginggas etc by AC plant original manufactures Engineers/technicians or their authorized distributor/dealer/channel partner Engineers/ technicians only. 2. All BOQ items No 1 to 77 as applicable shall be purchased from original manufactures/authorized distributor/dealer and GST purchase vouchers along with manufactures warranty cert duly defaced/signed by contractor,JE and Engineer-in-charge shall be submitted to deptt during payment claims for verification, scrutiny, passing of bill and future record purpose.
