Repair Of Water Tankers No. Jk14b-4729 As Per Boq-2 Dismantling of Front & Rear wheel for repairs, job involves extracting of defective parts, cleaning, inspecting, P/F of new parts in place of defective parts,cleaning withK oil/waste cloth, repairing by P/F of new parts i.e Front Wheel Oil Seals - 2 nos. Front Axle Taper Roller Bearing – Inner-2 Nos, Front Axle Taper Roller Bearing – Outer- 1 Nos,oil seals(F&R), Hub Bearing Inner- 1 No, Hub Bearing Outer-1 No, Brake Pedal -1 No, MC Assembly-1 No, Front and rear wheel brake lining along with rivets– 2 set and allied spares. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and includes all taxes. 3 Repairs of the electrical system of the vehicle by its complete checking and replacing the damaged wiring, P/F of fused bulbs, assorted size L.T. wires, cabin lights, side indicators, front head lights with bulbs, holders, side indicators, speedometer cable.Also P/F of tail light assys, T-horn, etc. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges. 4 Repairs to Self: - Repairs to self of the vehicle by dismantling it, cleaning and testing of parts and the P/F of Self carbon brush set-01 set, Field coil -01 set, bendix drive-01 no., petrol for cleaning of parts, self solenoid switch-01 no., voltage regulator-01 no. including rewinding of armature. Testing and fitting to the vehicle. The complete job include cost of material and labour charges. 5 Dismantling of suspension assys. – 4nos. (F & R) of the truck, removal of damaged leaf springs, re-tensioning of leaf springs, P/F of new leaves in place of damaged/cracked such as Spring leaf front main/with bush – 2nos., Spring leaf 4th Rear – 3nos. & Leaf spring Rear 5th – 2nos., centre bolts – 4nos., U-Clamps - 06 Nos., shackle pins, washers, hangers – 2nos., greasing of the assys., also repairs to the propeller shaft by way of p/f new centre bearing with rubber, U.J. Cross assy. – 1no. and shaft nut/bolts. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges. 6 Labour charges for complete Painting of vehicle by way of scrapping its old paintand then painting of complete body, hood, tailboardwith two coats of red oxide first and then two coats of décorpaint andtwo coats on chassis and rims of fourwheels with black paint. The job include including letter writing, servicing greasing also.The job also includes repairs to door (02 no,s), repairs to front mirror of the tanker by replacing of rubber and then refixing to the vehicle,then painting of all the parts including repairs to minor leakages of water tank . (Complete Job ) 7 Repairs to the radiator by flushing upper and lower tanks with caustic soda, soldering its leaking tubes, straightening the fins, replacement of leaking hoses and then reassembling after checking leakage. Also repairs to the fuel system by servicing to fuel tank by cutting and then welding, replacement of fuel pipes, injector pipes with new ones. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges. 8 Repair of rear water pump including provding and fitting of bearings, oil seals , pump plates, 1/2 kg grease, pump bolts (including lathe job for pump shaft welding, cotter portion repair) including the fitting of the same at the rear end of the water tanker 9 Repairs to Tie rod & King pin assy. by way of dismantling, extraction of worn-out parts and replacement with p/f of new parts i.e. king pin-02 no., king pin bush-04 no., king pin bearing-02 no., arm bolt-01 no., spacer-02no., shims-02 no., o-ring -02 no.,king pin lock-02 no., Tie rod end L/H and R/H-01 set, tie rod end repair kit-01 kit, king pin repair kit-01 no. alignment of wheel and checking.
