3	Providing and laying tack coat2.50 Kg / 10 Sq.m over WMM surface using of Emulsion Bitumen (RS1) for 10 Sq.m and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., completeas perMORTH specifications.111,112,501,503 & 900.
