Note: (i) Daily log book shall be maintained by the contractor and obtain the signature of users and concerned JE. (ii) No claim shall be entertained if the machine is not required for full working day for any day as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and not order by the users. (iii) One number Jungle Jim alongwith tractor, driver/operator and helper shall be arranged by the Contractor as and when required and as directed. (iv) Cost of maint of Jungle Jim including tractor deemed to be included in quoted rates by contractor during working period.
