The pole structure design shall be as per ILE TR7 considering the wind speed as per IS 875, the HE steel for construction should be as per BSEN1005 grade S355 Jo, hot dip galvanising on both internal and external surface as per IS 2629/IS/2633/IS4795 with average coating thickness of 70 microns through a single dipping process. The pole shall also be provided with hinged/chained flush door of approx 500 mm length at an elevation of 500 mm from the base plate with proper strengthening to the cutout of the door opening. Each pole shall be suitable for single phase distribution complete with a Bakellite sheet complete with DIN rail, 10 KA "C" curve DP MCB, scerwless DIN mounting connectors suitable for 2x16 sqmm cable terminations complete with DIN bar sheating links, end locks etc as required (Wago/Phenix make) and 3x1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable from junction box to the luminare complete including 1 no. 3 terminations with insulated copper lugs etc as required.The pole shall be with suitable size of GI base plate, 600 mm long J type GI foundation bolts of min. 20 mm dia each with three GI nuts and two GI washers (EN 8 grade) etc complete as per drawing. The pole shall have a minimum OAF of 130 mm at bottom and 70 mm at top. The pole shall have a minimum section thickness of 3 mm.
