Height from the top of the R.C.C Foundation with 10mm M.S plate at top and 12 mm M.S Plate at bottom and horizontal frame 32mm N.B main pipe and 25mm N.B bracing expect at junction and corners which shall be 32mm N.B with one coat of steel primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint . Annual Gross Licence Value to be quoted by the bidder for the first year and every year 6% increase in annual Gross License fee shall be charged. 3.2 PAYMENTS TO AVNL 3.2.1 The successful bidder after the receipt of Letter of Acceptance from AVNL Yeddumailaramshall pay 40% of the Annual GLV quoted. This payment shall be mandatory. 30%of Annual GLV amount to be paid 5 months after signing of the agreementdate (+ 7 days permissible). Remaining 30% of Annual GLV amount to be paid9 months after signing of the agreementdate (+ 7 days permissible). 3.2.2 Any delay in payments in the preceding clauses shall entail payment of interest @18% per annum on the amount outstanding, for the days of default. Delays beyond 30 days of the due dates for recurring payment, milestones will be treated as Licensee Events of Default. In such an eventuality AVNL retains the right to forfeit Performance Security and claim damages from the licensee and even terminate the agreement as mentioned in the Performance Security clause of the Draft License Agreement. 3.2.3 Every year there shall be increase in the annual gross value by 6%. 3.2.4 This contract should be for a period of 5 years. Bidder with Highest Annual Gross Licence Value (In Rs.) shall get the contract for Advertisementin AVNL Yeddumailaram Estate. |
