(i) Max Injection pressure - 8.5kg/cm2(ii) Max. Treatment capacity up to me 300kl/ hr (iii) Operation based on the use of sodium hypochlorite or similar solution as per IS: 11673-1992 suitable for drinking water chlorination including supply of sodium hypochlorite or similar solution. The chemical measuring Tank of the plant is of 200Ltrs.capacity made of chemical resistant Plastic material suitable for corrosive chemical handling • fitted with standard fittings & accessories of P.P. material and Visual level indicator. |

| 3 | Mechanized cleaning of overhead water tank with processes mentioned as under:- a. Dewatering of reservoir should be done by sludge pump/submersible/washout of adequate capacity as per site requirement. b. Desilting and removal of left over dirty water and sludge with sludge removal pump. c. Cleaning of walls, ceiling, floor & railings should be done by high pressure water jet with the help of equipment, which create a pressure of 10 to 150 bar with antibacterial agent license from Food and Drugs administration (FDA) and certified by a government approved laboratory for non-toxicity of antibacterial for tank cleaning as per OECD guidelines for disinfecting the tank from all harmful Bacteria, Fungi, Algae & Protozoan. The active ingredient shall be Benzalkonium Chloride solution IP 4% W/V/Equivalent similar compound as per the direction & approved by Engineer-in-Charge. d. The remaining sludge from floor should be removed by sludge pump e. Spraying of non-toxic, bio degradable eco friendly antibacterial agent for tank cleaning certificate by Government approved laboratory as per OECD guidelines 423 adopted on 17.12.01 for disinfection the tank from all the harmful pathogens.f. Final treatment should be done by U.V. radiation which kills further suspended or floating bacteria if any remained inside the reservoir.(Necessary certificate to be attached with tender otherwise tender is liable to be rejected) |
| 4 | Water proofing of overhead water tanks from inside with the following process:- a)Surface preparation- Removal of loose concrete & filling of cracks with SBR-2 cement mortal. b) Vertical Walls & Corner Repair- 2\"\"/2\"\" coving applied (material ratio aggregated stone 10mm 3: sand 4: cement 1 and urp or sbr-2 chemicals mixture. c) Pipes Grouting- with Basf master flow epoxy to be done. d) Chemical Proofing- material provide and applied urp or sbr-2 primer coat and two coats of Fastflex 113 or master seal 551 with fiber mesh 45 gsm. e) Water proofing protection- plaster 25mm ration 3dust:1cement & dr fixitlw OR Epoxy Nozzle Grouting by fixing nozzles filled with Sikka chemical from outside the water tank. |
| 5 | Fabricating, supplying & installing mild steel railings for staircases, balconies made of MS.Welding should be finished ensuring that no welding marks are visible and assembly is mounted on floor with the help of dash fasteners. Railings shall be fabricated as per approved drawings by engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Fabricating, supplying & installing stainless steel railings for staircases, balconies,ventilation window, covers etc made of SS 304 grade stainless steel, laser cut / water jet cut (no shearing), polished with Automatic round/flat polishing machine to get a uniform hairline finish. All parts shall be connected to each other with the help of prescribed size CNC made solid connectors, countersunk screws. Welding should be finished ensuring that no welding marks are visible and assembly is mounted on floor with the help of dash fasteners. Railings shall be fabricated as per approved drawings by engineer. |
| 7 | Repairing of existing ms railings & stairs which includes fixing it properly with screws, fastners etc. |

| 9 | Painting and finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats ) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer sepcification i/c appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc complete. |

| 11 | Supply of Master Panel unit consist of Two push bottoms for manual controlling of motor starter, Master panel works on CDC protocol to transmitand receive the data from cellular Router in parallel can transmit and receive data from GPRS base Battery operated tank ultrasonic sensor or pressure transducers. Master panel is having its own GSM internet for Data trans receiving for starter auto switching and also schedule base switching as per requirement. |
