Boring/drilling of gravel packed bore hole of 530 mm dia for accommodating 250 mm dia casing/strainer pipe in order to construct 250 mm dia tube well by suitable mud-rotary method (reverse/direct/dual) prescribed in IS: 2800 (part 1), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log, including hire and running charges of all equipment tools plants and machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (for 03 nos. Tube wells)i) From 0 to 200 mtr BGL

Supplying, welding/assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore hole ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) 250 mm dia X 7.1 mm thickness liner assembly (BLIND) FE 410 bevelled ended M.S. casing pipe, conforming to IS: 4270 (for tube wells) of reputed & approved make, including painted with inside & outside surface with two coats of anti corrosive paint of approved brand including handling, loading, unloading & transportation of M.S. Casing pipe BLIND upto location of tube well, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The cost also includes 3rd party inspection of M.S. casing Pipe from Govt. approved/designated agency. (270 mtrs. each for 03 nos. Tube wells)

Gravel packing in tube well construction in accordance with IS: 4097 of 1967 with latest amendments, including providing gravel fine/medium /coarse in required grading and sizes as per actual requirement, shrouding after lowering of liner assembly and during development of tube well all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(60 Cum each for 03 nos. Tube wells)

Development and stabilization of tube well in accordance with IS: 2800 (part 1) and IS: 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till Well is fully developed measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method collecting water samples and getting tested in approved laboratory, including disinfection of tube well, all complete including required hire and labour charges of air compressor tools and accessories etc. Fabrication providing/fitting of steel supporting structure for clamping of tube well housing using two number parallel ISMB-250 of 5 mtr length each and M.S. angle 40 X 40 X 6 mm and M.S. plate 10 mm thick with 2 Nos. cement concrete blocks of size 1.00 mtr X 1.00 mtr 1 No. each of both ends. The job includes well capping after yield test in presence of the representative of the department. all, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (for 03 nos. Tube wells)
