    Tender For Supply & Application Of Nano Technology Based Acid & Alkali Resistant Nano Modified Anticorrosive Coating On Ehv Line Transmission Towers For Various Ehv Lines Under Ehv Lines S/Dn Ambernath Under Ehv (O&M) Dn Dombivali PAINTING Line Suspension D/C Tower Technical Specification: Protection coating on EHV Towers with nano technology based acid & alkali resistant nano modified Anticorrosive coating as approved by C.O Mumbai (1) Surface Preparation: The surface should be cleaned only by either mild machines grinding. manually by sand paper or with metal sharpeners and steel wires brushes for cleaning the rusted metal surface. Use rust remover to remove benvy for thick rust and paint stripper to remove old paint if painted previously. (ii) Minimum one coat of Acidie nano technology based rust Fixator Rust Preventise/Steel Guard Nano coat to freeze the rust permanently. (iii) Minimum one coat (not less than 150 nieron) of Acid and Alkali resistant Nano Modified Pvdf Epoxy paint. Ova Minimum one coat (not less than 1511 micron) of Intermediate Acid and Alkali Resistant Nano Modified Pvdf Epoxy paint. (v) Minimum one coat (not less than 150 micron) of finished Acid and Alkali Resistant Nano Modified Pdf Epoxy paint. Salient features of paint coating: Type of Paint: Nano modified Acid resistant Application of painting: By brush/ roller Painting of Line Cut point D/C Tower Dry Film Thickness: Not less than 150 micron in one coat. No. of coat to be done: Minimum 3 Resistive property: Shall be chemical resistant against fumes and spillages (Acid & Alkali) The test report of paint done at NABL certified test laboratory prior to start
