If net Schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, "O" should be inserted in percentage box. The Less / Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-above shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations / amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places. NOTE :- Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix "A" to Notice of e-Tender.
