(iii) 05 Nos isolation valves for filter media for each filter vessel & 01 No air release valve and 02 Nos gauges shall be provided(iv) Design Pr-3.5 kg/cm2(v) Backwash Frequency - when DP more than 0.6kg/cm2 Cont.... |

(B) Pressure Gauge line mounted , Glycerin filled, pressure sensing by diaphragm of range 0-5 Kg/Cm2, dia of dial 100 mm - 01 each per vessel mounting on 1/2" NPT, complete all as specified and directed. Note-(i) Rates quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary alterations to the existing pipelines to connect the inlet and outlet of IRP like reducers, tees, bends etc including cuttings, weldings wherever required to complete the installation, etc complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Interconnecting pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item. (iii)Display board for water flow, SOP, routine maintenance to be submitted after installation. (iv) All pipe lines to be painted as per standard colour code with arrow marking. (v) Before errection the complete drg/ design ofOEM shall be submitted for approval of GE (vi) Installation and commissioning work shall be carried out in presence of Engineer of OEM. (vii) Painting:- Internal surface shall be painted with lead free Epoxy paint and outside surface with Synthetic Enamel paint over two coats of red oxide primer as perOEM recommendation NOTES :- (a) Necessary foundation for installation of plant shall be provided as per manufacturer"s recommendation. Cost of PCC foundation, foot stool foundation including drain pipe and sub assemblies pipes , painting and misc fitting like TEE, Bends, sluice valve, PS pipe, electricalconnections etc are deemed to included in quoted rate. (b) The plants shall be got commissioned from manufacture and a certificate to this effect shall be produced from manufacture after installation (c)ExistingOXIDATION CHAMBER,DUAL MEDIA FILTER,AIR COMPRESSOR, CHLORINE DOSING SYSTEM are working condition at existing IRP at Pump House no-9. Accordingly bidder/ tenderer is advised to visit site of existing other equipment of IRP before quoting his offer and nothing will be paid on this account. |
