9Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etcandapplying two coats of weather proof paint (Apex) over one coat of primer , complete all as specified and directed.
10Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of weather proof paint, complete all as specified and directed.
11Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8(40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete, sub base floor,complete all as specified and directed.
12Pre-polished chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20 cm x 20cm x 25 mm thick / 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
13Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size approved by EIC, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006)60mm thick, M-35 grade (Medium Traffic),in paths and hardstanding,with grey cement and pigment, laid tightly over & including 50 mm thick dry sand cushion (compacted) and joints filled with dry sand, colour and pattern as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

15Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion by demolition of cement concrete in foundation and making good the disturbed portion of ground, Complete all asspecified and as directed .
