Fabrication of Structures from Rolled sections: - a. Shifting of Rolled section, plates from stores or Marshalling yard to fabrication yard, Unloading <(>&<)> Fabrication as per Drawings. b. Contractor must mobilize separate supervisor along with trailer for plates <(>&<)> built-up beam shifting from DSC or fabrication site to project site <(>&<)> invoicing formalities. c. IMIR System to be maintained Properly as Per AMNS Standard for all Supply and brought out items. For the brought-out items sample test will be done in NABL approved lab as per AMNS guideline. d. New Generation F-15 Hydra <(>&<)> Trailer is in Contractor scope of work throughout project tenure. e. Fabrication quality to be maintained as per AMNS standard. f. All consumables are considered in contractor scope of supply. Only Approved Brands of Electrodes allowed for Work, However IMIR of all Consumables to be made by vendor. g. Required Capacity cranes, hydra and man lifter are in contractor scope of work throughout project tenure. h. All the required manpower, Supervision, Tools <(>&<)> tackles i.e., Toolbox, chain block, web slings, D shackles PPEs etc. shall be in the scope of the service provider. i. All the consumables welding electrodes, grinding wheels, gas bottles etc. Shall be in the scope of the service provider. j. All required machines like welding, grinding, drilling, cutting etc. Shall be in the scope of service provider. k. All welding shall be done by qualified welder approved by AMNS and as per approved standard procedure/specification mentioned in the drawing /AMNS standard documents Etc. l. All testing arrangements /Third party inspection shall be in the scope of service provider/ Contractor. Minimum 10% of UT/RT and DPT to be done for weld joints. However, AMNS will decide the joints and percentage during finalisation of QAP. m. Service provider must ensure the use of all PPES <(>&<)> safety rules and regulations. 2. Erection <(>&<)> Alignment of Structures: - a. Shifting of fabricated structures from fabrication site to project site, Unloading, Cleaning and Paint touch-up, erection <(>&<)> Alignment as per Drawings. b. New Generation Hydra F-15 <(>&<)> Trailer is in Contractor scope of throughout project tenure. c. Required Capacity cranes, man lifter is in contractor scope of work throughout project tenure. d. Required crane, man lifter, Hydra and trailer etc. for material shifting, loading <(>&<)> unloading, erection shall be the scope of the service provider. e. All the required manpower, Supervision, Tools <(>&<)> tackles i.e., Toolbox, chain block, web slings, D shackles PPEs etc. shall be in the scope of the service provider. f. All the consumables welding electrodes, grinding wheels, gas bottles etc. Shall be in the scope of the service provider. g. All required machines like welding, grinding, drilling, cutting etc.
