Tender For Repair / Maintenance Of Transformers, Vcb And Connected Items Under Ge ( A ) Suratgarh--- 1 Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of poles, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment. 6 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of stay assembly, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, pedestal of poles and the like including use and waste of form work (straight or curved), all exposed surface of concrete finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed.Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment. 8 M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition old brick work complete all as specified and as directed. 9 M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. 10 M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified. 11 M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed.Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured. 12 Supplying and laying factory made, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked, Class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover in trenches, in replacement of old broken cable covers, complete all as specified & as directed. 13 Disconnecting existing transformer by removing overhead conductor/underground cables and earth strips (incoming and outgoing) connections etc. and taking down transformer from any four or two pole structure using suitable capacity crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to shifted/installation of transformer on existing platform and making all connections, testing and re-commissioning to full satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.Note : All the T&P required for disconnection, re-connection, loading and unloading including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted. 14 S&F in replacement Terminal Protector / Right Angle Rubber Boot for transformer and RMU suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F in replacement valve regulated Lead Acid Battery bank 24 Volts, 200 AH (2 volts, 200 AH - 12 Nos) for proper functioning of HT breakers including automatic float cum booster trickle batter charger, control wiring and stand complete all as specified and as directed. 16 S&F in replacement 12/24 Volts 10 Amps heavy duty automatic float cum booster trickle battery charger, control wiring and stand operating on 230 volt single phase 50 Hz supply by replacing unserviceable charger complete all as specified and directed. 17 S&F in replacement of Oil Temperature Indicator (OTI) 0-150 degree Celsius suitable for power/ distribution transformer complete all as specified and as directed. 18 S&F in replacement of Winding Temperature Indicator (WTI) 0-150 degree Celsius suitable for power/distribution transformer complete all as specified and as directed. 19 S&F in replacement of Preset Electric timer switch (Selec 800XA) operated at 12 Volts to 240 Volts, AC for 11 KV VCB to operated spring charging motor complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for bore hole of dia 100mm for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 80mm bore, medium grade, 12.50 metres length, buried directly and referably vertically in ground the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt on all sides, connected to galvanised mild steel earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick strip upto 7.50 mtrs with and including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel/ welded to earth electrode at one end and connected to test point/equipment at the other end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top to earth electrode to equipment fixed with and including required number of mild steel clamp made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washer including PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 and 40mm thick pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B0 cover with 40mm x 40mm x 3mm MS angle iron frame complete all as specified including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing.Note : (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.(ii) GI strip upto earth test point/ equipments is included in this item.(iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement shall be 1 Kg for each earth pit cover.(iv) Pipe electrode shall be tapped at the bottom and provide with 12mm holes (staggered) at 75mm centre to centre up to 2m.(v) GI pipe 80mm bore medium grade shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items in this schedule. 21 M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore medium grade, ISImarked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cableincluding taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed.Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately. 22 Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc and fixing with & including suitable size clamps made out of aluminium strip of size 25x3mm, circuit indicating tags made out of GI sheet 16 gauge of size 10cm x 5cm fixed along the route of cable at a distance of 30 metre and at turning points, including dismantling & taking out oldunserviceable HT cable,complete all as specified & as directed.Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.(ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions. 23 M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISImarked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cableincluding taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed.Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately. 24 M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified & as directed. 25 M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified & as directed. 26 S&F cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable rusted/damaged cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, back plates, etc from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures complete all as specified & as directed. installed position on four pole/two pole/platform, after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides for taking to factory/workshop for rewinding and to carry out necessary repairs as on required basis, providing all insulating material like sleeves, tapes, kerb tapes, cork sheet etc, after checking and make functional of tap changer including replacement of unserviceable items (where required) as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimbles & PG clamps and testing complete all as specified and as directed.Notes :- (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(ii) Major Parts (as required) and Transformer Oil shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant items of this Schedule.(iii) All minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, insulating material, copper wire for delta connection, etc. shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge and contractor shall submit test certificates to this effect before processing the RAR for payment. 43 Dismantling the transformer 11 KV/433 Volts oil cooled aluminium/copper wound of capacity 160 KVA to 250 KVA from installed position on four pole/two pole/platform, after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides for taking to factory/workshop for rewinding and to carry out necessary repairs as on required basis, providing all insulating material like sleeves, tapes, kerb tapes, cork sheet etc, after checking and make functional of tap changer including replacement of unserviceable items (where required) as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimbles & PG clamps and testing complete all as specified and as directed.Notes :- (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(ii) Major Parts (as required) and Transformer Oil shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant items of this Schedule.(iii) All minor parts such as material like sleeves, tapes, kerb tapes, cork sheet etc, after checking and make functional of tap changer including replacement of unserviceable items (where required) as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimbles & PG clamps and testing complete all as specified and as directed.Notes :-(i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(ii) Major Parts (as required) and Transformer Oil shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’ repairs as on required basis, providing all insulating material like sleeves, tapes, kerb tapes, cork sheet etc, after checking and make functional of tap changer including replacement of unserviceable items (where required) as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimbles & PG clamps and testing complete all as specified and as directed.Notes :-(i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(ii) Major Parts (as required) and repair of transformer 11 KV/433 Volts oil cooled aluminium/ copper wound of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA from installed position on four pole/two pole/platform, after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides and necessary repairs as on required basis on ground, providing HT/LT bushes, HT/LT brass rod, cork sheet and any lead broken both side, making all electric connections with thimbles/PG clamps and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(ii) Major Parts (as required) and Transformer Oil shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant items of this Schedule.(iii) All minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, insulating material, copper wire for delta connection, etc. shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(iv) All T&P shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted. 47 Labour for on site repair of transformer 11 KV/433 Volts oil cooled aluminium/copper wound of capacity 630 KVA to 1250 KVA from installed position on four pole/two pole/platform, after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides and necessary repairs as on required basis on ground, providing HT/LT bushes, HT/LT brass rod, cork sheet and any lead broken both side, making all electric connections with thimbles/PG clamps and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(ii) Major Parts (as required) and Transformer Oil shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant items of this Schedule.(iii) All minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, insulating material, copper wire for delta connection, etc. shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(iv) All T&P shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted. 48 Supply only HV leg coil with insulation for aluminium wound transformer with aluminium strips, nuts and bolts for connections complete all as specified and as directed. 49 Supply only LV leg coil with insulation for aluminium wound transformer with aluminium strips, nuts and bolts for connections complete all as specified and as directed. 50 Supply only HV leg coil with insulation for copper wound transformer with copper strips, nuts and bolts for connections complete all as specified and as directed. 51 Supply only LV leg coil with insulation for copper wound transformer with copper strips, nuts and bolts for connections complete all as specified and as directed. 52 Supply only HT bushing assembly except brass nuts and bolts but inclusive of insulation washer etc with accessories for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 53 Supply only LT bushing assembly including brass nuts, bolts, insulation washers etc with accessories for transformer upto 150 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 54 Supply only LT bushing assembly including brass nuts, bolts, insulation washers etc with accessories for transformer 160 to 250 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 55 Supply only LT bushing assembly including brass nuts, bolts, insulation washers etc with accessories for transformer 300 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 56 Supply only LT bushing assembly including brass nuts, bolts, insulation washers etc with accessories for transformer 630 to 1250 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 57 Supply only HT brass metal bush rod with nuts and washers for 11 KV/250 Amp suitable for upto 500 KVA transformers complete all as specified and as directed. 58 Supply only LT brass metal bush rod with nuts and washers suitable for upto 150 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed. 59 Supply only LT brass metal bush rod with nuts and washers suitable for 160 to 250 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed. 60 Supply only LT brass metal bush rod with nuts and washers suitable for 300 to 500 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed. 61 Supply only LT brass metal bush rod with nuts and washers suitable for 630 to 1250 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed. 62 Supply only Temperature gauge of 0 degree Celcius to 100 degree Celcius complete all as specified and as directed. 63 Supply only Breather assembly complete including silica gel for transformer of capacity upto 75 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 64 Supply only Silica Gel blue in crystal complete all as specified and as directed. 65 Supply only Tap changing assembly complete with gear for transformer of capacity upto 200 KVAcomplete all as specified and as directed. 66 Supply only Tap changing assembly complete with gear for transformer of capacity more than 250 KVA but upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 67 M&L for preparation of external surfaces of distribution transformer of capacity upto 1250 KVA including cleaning and removing oil spots from the body and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) of approved tint with gun sprayer including marking of SM/MES No etc. on transformer with synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and as directed. 68 Supply only Transformer oil confirming to IS:335 (1993) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate. Cost of barrel shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and empty barrel will be the property of the Department and same shall be deposited to the AGE E/M Store Yard. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 69 Supply and Topup Transformer oil confirming to IS:335 (1993) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 70 M&L for filtration / dehydration of old/existing transformer oil including topping up of transformer oil as required in the transformers of different capacity, installed at various locations with suitable capacity of filtration machine to achieve dielectric strength minimum 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed.Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule as ‘Supply only’. 71 Supply only Cork sheet gasket 5 mm thick superior quality of size 1m x 1m on top cover plate of thetransformer capacity 25 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed. 72 Material and labour for brick masonry platform with RCC slab (for transformer) with dimensions 2.00m x 2.00m at top, 100cm height above GL and 70cm deep foundation and shall be constructed as per following details, complete all as specified and as directed with & including demolition of existing brick masonry platform :-(a) Below Ground Level (GL) :-(i) Excavation and earthwork shall be in any type of soil and surplus excavated material shall be removed up to a distance exc 200m but not exc 250m. The total depth of foundation shall be 70cm below GL. (ii)Concrete bed for brick work wall in foundation shall be of uniform thickness of 10cm and 80cm breadth with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate. (iii) Brick work wall footing 1st course i.e bottom course all around shall be 30cm deep & 69cm breadth built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size fly ash bricks. (iv) Brick work wall footing 2nd course all around shall be 30cm deep & 57.5cm breadth built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size fly ash bricks. (b) Above Ground Level :-(i) Brick work wall above GL all around shall be of 75cm height & 46cm thickness built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size fly ash bricks. (ii) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate shall be provided on top of wall in full width. (iii) 150mm thick RCC slab on top with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with reinforcement of 12mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm C/C both ways shall be provided using proper formwork. (iv) External surfaces of brick work & concrete above plinth protection shall be plastered with 15mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar (1:4) finished fair & even. Plaster on top of RCC slab shall not be provided. (v) Three coats of white wash shall be provided on all plastered surfaces. 67	M&L for preparation of external surfaces of distribution transformer of capacity upto 1250 KVA including cleaning and removing oil spots from the body and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) of approved tint with gun sprayer including marking of SM/MES No etc. on transformer with synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and as directed.
68	Supply only Transformer oil confirming to IS:335 (1993) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate. Cost of barrel shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and empty barrel will be the property of the Department and same shall be deposited to the AGE E/M Store Yard. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
69	Supply and Topup Transformer oil confirming to IS:335 (1993) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.
70	M&L for filtration / dehydration of old/existing transformer oil including topping up of transformer oil as required in the transformers of different capacity, installed at various locations with suitable capacity of filtration machine to achieve dielectric strength minimum 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule as ‘Supply only’.
71	Supply only Cork sheet gasket 5 mm thick superior quality of size 1m x 1m on top cover plate of thetransformer capacity 25 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
72	Material and labour for brick masonry platform with RCC slab (for transformer) with dimensions 2.00m x 2.00m at top, 100cm height above GL and 70cm deep foundation and shall be constructed as per following details, complete all as specified and as directed with & including demolition of existing brick masonry platform :- (a) Below Ground Level (GL) :- (i) Excavation and earthwork shall be in any type of soil and surplus excavated material shall be removed up to a distance exc 200m but not exc 250m. The total depth of foundation shall be 70cm below GL. (ii)Concrete bed for brick work wall in foundation shall be of uniform thickness of 10cm and 80cm breadth with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate. (iii) Brick work wall footing 1st course i.e bottom course all around shall be 30cm deep & 69cm breadth built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size fly ash bricks. (iv) Brick work wall footing 2nd course all around shall be 30cm deep & 57.5cm breadth built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size fly ash bricks. (b) Above Ground Level :- (i) Brick work wall above GL all around shall be of 75cm height & 46cm thickness built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size fly ash bricks. (ii) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate shall be provided on top of wall in full width. (iii) 150mm thick RCC slab on top with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with reinforcement of 12mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm C/C both ways shall be provided using proper formwork. (iv) External surfaces of brick work & concrete above plinth protection shall be plastered with 15mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar (1:4) finished fair & even. Plaster on top of RCC slab shall not be provided. (v) Three coats of white wash shall be provided on all plastered surfaces. (vi) 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection of 75cm width with surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement shall be provided all around the platform walls. (vii) Hollow portion of platform above GL & below RCC slab shall be filled with 40mm to 63mm crushed stone aggregate & compacted by using local dry tibba sand for filling of voids in aggregate.
73	S&F epoxy Resin cast, single phase current transformer (CT) 11 KV capacity one set of three having ratio 200-100/5+5A (for both incoming & outgoing) having 15 VA burden for metering and class 5P10 protection with air insulated CT chamber with complete wiring suitable for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Alstrom / CG / ABB / Areva
74	Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.
75	S&F mild steel work as in angle iron, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.
76	S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), including taking down old bars complete, all as specified & directed.
77	Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 10cm and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm including taking down old screws bolts complete all as specified and directed.
78	Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.
79	Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 3mm dia of mesh & mesh size 100mmx100mm or any size as directed by GE including taking down old mesh complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.
80	S&F mild steel framed work as in doors, gates, steel frames, chowkats, etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in positionincluding taking down old complete all as specified and as directed.
81	M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelpaint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.
82	Supply only synthetic insulating mat of size 2mx1mx19mm, 11000 volt complete all as specified & as directed. Make : Jyoti/ other equivalent make as approved by the GE.
83	M&L for 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, deposited, spread around the outdoor electrical installations, complete all as specified and as directed.
