Tender For Repair / Replacement Of Roads Furniture At Tech Area At Afs Chakeri, Kanpur- S & F in replacementof aluminum alloy solar road studs, 100% water proof of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 60mm), high efficiency mono crystalline Solar panel 2.4 V / 0.3 Watt, one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd Recharge battery (1.2V/1600MA) six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd with flash rate 2 Hz, bearable weight 10 tons fixed on existing roads by drilling and fixed with adhesive all as per manufacturers instructions. Make : DA 110 (Dark eye) or equivalent in other makeas given in Appendix B to Particular Specifications . 2 S & F dual directional reflective cat eye (Road Glow stud) of impact resistance ABS plastic 100 x90 x16mm, of ultra violet resistance yellow colour , having micro prismatic/ cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with and including epoxy/ bitumen adhesive as per manufactures specification /instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Make : - Cat Part No DA-972 of make Dark Eye/ 3M or equivalent in other makeas given in Appendix B to Particular Specifications 3 Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of white red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.Make DARKEYE/3M or equivalent in other make as as given in Appendix B to Particular Specifications. 4 S & F in replacement of yellow and black plastic modular speed breaker of size 250 x750x 75mm dual directional having high intensity cube corner reflective ultrasonic welded to high impact resistanceABS plastic body provide with steel nails. Shape of size body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breaker in a row fixed with long nails complete all as specified and directed .Make -Cat Part No GP 1006 of Road star or equivalent in other makeas given in Appendix B to Particular Specifications. 5 S&F in replacement road safety Convex Polycarbonate reflective mirrors of size 100 Cms body made of ABS/Fibre/Plastic with hood and mounting hardware with 100mm GI pipe medium grade 2.10 m long embedded in PCC bed block of size 300x300x400mm in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of PCC of size as required.(ii) Make :- Cat Part No RSCM-100 of Road Star or equivalent in other makeas given in Appendix B to Particular Specifications 6 S&F in replacement sign board made out of 3mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet of size 1200mm x1250mm including retro reflective sheeting on both side fixed on 50mm dia stainless steel pipe of Grade 304 (non scratchable) of wall thickness not less than 14 gauge including providing letters not less than 75mm height fixed on position and vertical height of board above GL should be 2.4m. Vertical pipes (02 nos) should be 50 mm dia stainless steel pipe of Grade 304 (non scratchable)and Stainless steel pipes shall beembedded 60 cm below in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in post holes (02 Nos) of size 250mmx250mmx600mm.Providing Mild steel base plate (02 nos) of size 200mmx200mmx6mm thick for anchoring of post and applyingtwo coats of anti corrosive paint and writing letters and Numbers on both sides of the board in Englishor Hindi as per direction of Engineer in charge as required at site.Sign board and its lettersshould be as per IRC 30-1968 using 3M or equivalent material.Size of letters exc 75 mm but n.exc 250 mm on each side of the board etc (number of letters on each side should not be less than 15) complete all as specified and directed.Note : - Square sign board should be cut in one corner in half of width & depth of it all as specified by Engr-in-Charge. 7 M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows, letter etc on roads, pavements and the like 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil grease and foreign material etc in accordance with applicable specifications all as directed.
