    Tender for Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron sheets 0.50mm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws with EPDM seal, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Fabrication of M.S structure for shed including labour material t&p complete. Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of E/Ι. Painting 2 coats with supirior synthetic enamel paint on new surface with one coat primer upto 10 cm width or grith. P/F carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of 10mm dia 80mm long including drilling of hole in frame, concrete/ masonry,etc. as per direction of E/I. Providing welder with welding machine for repairing and refixing of m.s. grill. Providing labour for cleaning of site and shifting of material.
