1Excavation for Structures:- Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures as per drawing and techanical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. Ordinary soil-Mechanical Means-Depth upto 3m and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
2Providing & laying Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation using granite/trap/basalt aggregates and clean sieved approved sand including mixing mechanically, laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick layers, as per Drawing including cost of all materials, formwork, centring, vibrating , compacting, hire charges of machinery with all lead and lift, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces neatly, etc., complete with a lead of concrete mix upto 1Km (excluding cost of steel & fabrication charges) . PCC Grade M15 (PCC Grade M15 using batching plant & manual placing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
3Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications, including form work centering vibrating, compacting, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation, stacking, finishing the exposed faces etc.,complete . RCC Grade M25 using batching plant ransit mixer & concrete pump, including form wor, centering, vibrating compacting, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges machinery, curing,lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation stacking finishing the exposed faces etc.,complete. Height 5m to 10mand as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
4Supplying, fitting and placing TMT Fe-500 grade bar reinforcement in sub-structure including cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machiney, fabrication chages, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, binding, with approved quality of binding wire, after placing in position, tying, lapping and/or welding wherever required (wastages for laps, hooks shall not be measured & paid) with all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking neatly, etc.,complete as per drawing & Technical Specifications. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
5Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification,includingformwork, centering, vibrating, compacting, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportationstacking finishing the exposed faces,etc., complete. RCC /PSC Grade M45, For T-beam & slab including launching of precast girders by launching truss upto 40 m span-Height 5m to 10m and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
6Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification,includingformwork, centering, vibrating, compacting, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportationstacking finishing the exposed faces,etc., complete. RCC /PSC Grade M35-Using batching plant, transit mixer and concrete pump , For T-beam & slab-Height 5m to 10m and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
7Supplying, fitting and placing TMT Fe 500 grade bar reinforcement in super-structureincludingcost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, fabrication charges,straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, binding with approved quality of binding wire, after placing in position, tying, lapping and/or welding whereever required (wastages for laps, hooks shall not be measured & paid) with alllead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking neatly, etc., complete, as per drawing & Technical specifications.and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work
8High tensile steel wires/strands including all accessories for stressing, stressing operations and grouting complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications,including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
9Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dustseals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC:83 part-1&II respectively and other parts confirming to BS:5400, section 9.1 &9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRT&H specifications complete as per drawing and approved technical specifications. Considering a Pot bearing assembly of 250 tonne capacity for this analysis, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete.and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
10PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specification (Case-I_PCC grade M15 using batching plant & concrete pump, includingformwork, centering, vibrating, compacting, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportationstacking finishing the exposed faces,etc., complete. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
11Reinforced cement concrete approach slab includingformwork, vibrating, compacting, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, including reinforcement, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportationstacking finishing the exposed faces,etc., complete. as per drawing and Technical specification. and directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work. 12Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, 110 mm dia at 4 kg/sqcm fixing with glue extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce, including cost of all materials curingall labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete. as per drawing and Technical Specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
13Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
14Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting,, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
15Asphaltic Plug joint:Providing and laying of asphaltic plug joint to provide for horizontal movement of 25 mm and vertical movement of 2 mm, depth of joint varying from 75 mm to 100 mm, width varying from 500 mm to 750 mm (in traffic direction), covered with a closure plate of 200mm x 6mm of weldable structural steel conforming to IS: 2062, asphaltic plug to consist of polymer modified bitumen binder, carefully selected single size aggregate of 12.5 mm nominal size and a heat resistant foam caulking/backer rod, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting,, etc,. complete, as per approved drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
16Strip Seal Expansion Joint:- Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete including cost of all materialsall labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting, to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer"s instructions for installation, etc., complete. as per approved drawings and standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
17Reinforced Cement Concrete Crash Barrier:-Provision of an Reinforced cement concrete new jersey crash barrier at the medians, constructed with Reinforced Cement Concrete with TMT - Fe 500 reinforcement conforming toMoRT&H Specification and as per details given IRC -119 (Fig.-26) including dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board etc., as per approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified. (Area-0.261 Sqm. /Meter, Double Face) including earthwork, Cement concrete, cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.(i)M 25 grade concrete (Area-0.261 Sqm. /Meter) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
18Tack Coat :- Tack Coat on Granular surfaces treated with primer:- Providing and applying tack coat with VG 10 grade bitumenusing bitumenpressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying includingcost of allmaterials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, Including lead for bitumen and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work
19Bituminous Concrete:-Bituminous Concrete Grading-II : Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materialsall labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat - 30-40 mm compacted thickness and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
20Boundary Pillar :-Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars of standard design as per IRC:25-1967, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting, includingcost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
21Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits:-Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross section including watering, consolidation by roller to the desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete as per table 300-2 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
