Resleeving both bearing housing with new C.I. Sleeve as per size of new bearing including making and fitting new MS check nut- 2 nos, C.I gland-2 nos, shaft sleeve -2 nos, carbon steel coupling bolt with rubber bushes as per sample and size-8 nos, ball bearing-2 nos, C.I. neck ring-2 nos, and then reassembling above pump by supplying all consumable materials with installation on base plate, making alignment coupling with motor and testing on full load etc. all complete. |

Cageinduction motor and taking out rotor from stator, cleaning winding coils with blower and then varnishing the complete winding coil with Dr. Beck varnish heating , backing and tapping the coil properly including remetalling turning and polishing the rotor shaft at both bearing places as per size of new bearing, resleeving both bearing housing with new C.I. Sleeve including cost of SKF make ball bearing 6310, 6310 of both sides of motor and finally reassembling stator and rotor etc. all complete. |

Cageinduction motor, 3Phase, 50 C/S, 1450 rpm, 415+ 10% v by supplying super enameled copper wire with all winding and insulating materials followed by varnishing with Dr. Beck varnishing, heating ,backing, tapping the coil properly including resleeving both bearing housing with new C.I. Sleeve, changing and fitting ball bearing no 6310-2 nos including reassembling after deducting cost of scrap material (approx wt. of burnt coper wire-14 kg) etc. all complete as per site requirement |
| 5 | Cost towards reassembling above rotor and stater, installing on base plate coupling with WPIL make C/F pump by supplying new tyre coupling unique make after removing of previous rigid coupling and machining them to true sizes, making alignment properly and thentesting of above pump set on full load. etc. all complete. |
| 6 | Cost towards repairing of 100 Amp. 440 Volt Panel board with supplying and fitting of Switch Disconnector-2 Sets, 100/125 Amp., Phase indicator Bulbs-3 Sets, Voltmeter (0-500V) – 1 set and Ampere meter (0-100 A)-2 Sets each, repairing of 100 Amp MCCB-1No.-incoming and 50 Amp MCCB Outgoing-2 Nos., time to time internal wiring checking of panel board and changing of damaged wiring etc. all complete at P/Plant as per site requirement or direction of E/I. |
