    Tender For Supply. Installation & Testing Of Direct Solar Cooking System With Scheffler Dish For Energy Laboratory Components of the system Parabolic primary mirror reflector Parabolic secondary Al reflector Single axis automatic tracking system Concentrator 16 m² and more aperture area (π/4 x lengths of major and minor axes of the ellipse) of parabolic shape Scheffler dish Primary reflector Bright solar grade mirrors, which shall be used for outdoor application with 90% minimum reflectivity with a maximum degradation of 10% over its life span. These mirrors shall be fixed with positive locking or sticking by good quality adhesives. Secondary reflector Bright Aluminum anodized sheet, which can withstand wind pressure up to 60 km/h. Tracking arrangement A reliable automatic tracking system with gear box and electrical panel board shall be made of standard components and shall be protected from dust, rain and outside environment. Focal Point A 350 to 400 mm o of circular shape focal point shall be made on the opening of kitchen wall i.e. secondary reflector. Frame and supporting steel structure The material shall be of mild steel and Al bars painted with Epoxy/antirust coating to avoid any deformation of the reflector dish during manhandling or tracking or under wind pressure of 160 km/h or any static dead load. Other requirements Each and every parts of the system shall be weather resistant and withstand natural weathering outdoors under local climate conditions, for a minimum period of 15 years. Warranty 5 years
