2SOLAR PHOTO VOLTAIC MODULES: Each solar PV modules shall be poly crystalline type,wattage minimum 335Wp, the module efficiency shall be more than 16.99% at standard test conditions ,Required number of modules for the plant capacity 30 KWp OTM bldg (Admin Block) at ICGS Gopalpur with anti reflective coating and anti dust coating.Confirming to IEC 61215-Edition II ,IEC-61730 (Part I & II) and IEC-61701. Note:(i) Solar module and SPV cells used in the module should essentially be indigeneously manufactured in India (ii). PV modules shall be warrented for a minimum 25years(iii) PV modules must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity which should not be less than 90 % at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.. (iv) PV module shall be tested by any MNRE approved laboratory.(Solar PV modules- Maximum- 90 Nos) Make:- TATA/PANASONIC/EMMVEE/ADANI/VIKRAM SOLAR /RENEWSYS
3RFID : Each PV module must use a RF identification tag mandatorily placed inside the module laminate, which must contain the following information: (i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module (ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells (iii) Month and year of the manufacture(separately for solar cells and module) (iv) Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module) (v) I-V curve for the module (vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module (vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module (viii)Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate (ix) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate (x) Other relevant information on traceability of module as per ISO 9000 series.
4Solar PV module GI frame work and Dead Weight : Ballast type modular mounting structure, fabricated from pre coatedmild Steel/ hot dipped Galvanized Iron section of suitable size with appropriate & optimum tilt angle according to site requirment to achieve maximum benefit of solar energy and suitable to withstand total 200 KM/Hr wind speed withsufficient quantum of Dead Load Fly Ash/PCC Brick/Block total weight9000 Kg minimum as per Structural deign data complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:-(a). Module mounting structure may require to be customized with respect to the site availability. (b)The contractor shall submit structural design on Stad- Pro based on Wind load of 200 kmph on the surface of the panel, live load and dead load of structure with solar panel & seismic zone III . Any deflection to the mounting structure shall be as per IS 800:2007 (c) Minimum thickness of galvanization should be at least 600 gsm. Test certificate of galvanization shall be submitted by contractor. (d) The structure will not be grouted on the roof and roof will not be damaged in any way during the installation, Any unintended damage done to water proofing/roof structure during installation shall be made good by the contractor at no extra cost as directed by GE.
5Inter connection of Solar PV modules, connection to DC Control Box and Connection from DC Control Box to Inverter : DC cable single core 6 sqmm copper XLPE flexible conductor cable conforming to relevant ISweather proof, UV resistant, rated voltage 1100V gradeincluding suitable type of copper lugs, suitable required qty of male & female MC4 connectors (M-10, F-10) & joints etc including Aluminim raceway for cable, complete as specifed and directed. 6DC Control Box -1No .Supply, fix and testing ofDC control box/junction box, with mounting holes, Mounting Screws of required qty, for 30 KWp OTM bldg (Admin Block) at ICGS Gopalpur plant ,weather proof (IP - 65) suitable for outdoor duty with and includingsuitable rating of MCB breakers, string fuses with base ,copper bus bar, voltage grade 1100V etc forcombining solar PV module output complete allspecifed and as directed.
7String Grid Invertor 01 Nos: Grid tie Solar string Invertor unit of capacity 30KWp (DC to AC 415 volt at given load condition, Three phase system),wall mounted, with efficiency not less than 97% conforming to IEC 600682-2/VDE standards with multifunctional LED indications with alarm LED/LCD digital display system with following specification complete .- 01Nos (i) Nominal voltage: 415V, +/- 10% 3phase 50Hz (ii) Microprocessor /DSP micro controller system (iii) IP65 (outdoor) Protection enclosure (iv) Grid frequency synchronization +/-3% range (v) No load losses<1% of rated power (vi) Ambient temperature 4°C to 60°C. (v) Conforms to IEC 62116 for Anti Islanding Protection. (vi) Internal protection features against any fault in feeder line and lightening fault in feeder. 9A data logging system for plant shall be provided to measure the following data through web based application with cloud storage minimum 1 year: (i) Solar irradiance : Solar Irradiance an integrating sensor (Pyranometer) mounted in the plane of the array. Read out should be integrated with data logging system (ii) Wind speed: Wind Speed:An integrated wind speed measurement unit be provided. (iii) Amb temperature and Module surface temp : Temperature Sensor : Integrated temp, sensors for measuring the ambient temp and module surface temp andto be provided complete with read outs integrated with the data logging system. (iv) Module surface temp (v) Total output Voltage & Current. (vi) Generation data KWh (per inverter and cumulative) (vii) Instantaneous generation in KW (Each invertor and cummulative) Note: Facility of Remote Monitoring to be installed on existing PC at GE office and mobile app facility to be provided.
10Invertor to AC control box : Supply and laying 4core 16sqmm 1100V grade copper flexible cablerequired qty as per site requirment complete all as specifed.
11AC Distribution Box -1Nos: Supply, fix and testing ofAC control box suitable for 30KWp solar power plant and should be compatible with invertors and existingelectric m/cs. Weather proof with IP65 suitable for outdoor duty. Enclosure with mounting holes, Multifunctional Meter, 415V rating copper Bus bar- 3 Phase, Mounting Screws, AC Surge Protection Device -01 No. (SPD Class 2 as per IEC 60364-5-53, Input 5KV) MCCB 4P 63A, 415V, 25 KA- 01 No.,ON/OFF indication lamps , connections ,lugs or glands etc complete all as specifed and as directed. 12Solar panel to panel earth wire connection: Supply, laying & testing required qty as per site requirment of single core 6sqmm copper conductor cable conforming to relevant IS weather proof, rated voltage 1100V grade with and including suitable type of copper lugs, all as specifed and as directed to connect all the PV modules structurees to earthing systemcomprising 25x3mm Al strip roof conductor existing on the roof.
13Earth wire connection of Invertor, AC control box & DC control box : Supply, laying & testing of required qtyas per site requirment of single core 6 sqmm copper conductor cable conforming to relevant IS weather proof, rated voltage 1100V grade with including suitable type of copper lugs for earth wire connection of Invertor, AC control box & DC control box with existing roof top earth gridall as specifed and as directed.
14Protection Pipe for 6 sqmm copper cable[ Inter connection of Solar PV modules, connection to DC Control Box and Connection from DC Control Box to Inverter (Item 1.04) , Solar panel earth wire connection (Item 1.11),Earth wire connection of DC control box, Invertor & AC control box (Item 1.12)]: M&L High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) ofmin 16 sqmm dia and pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 required qtyfor protection of copper cableas per site requirment laid infixed on wall with GI support included complete all as specifed and directed.
15S & F aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15mm fixed with FRP saddles & fixing screws of size not less than 4 mm dia and 32 mm long for connection to existing roof lightning protection complete all as specified and directed.
16Integration of PV Power with Grid : The outputpower from SPV would be fed to the inverter which converts DC produced by SPV array to AC and feeds it into the main electricity grid after synchronization.
17Metering : Three 3 Phase Solar Bi-Directional Meter Electronic energy meter 415V upto range 100A (0.5 Class accurcy) of suitable current capacity of any reputed make acceptable to company shall be installed for the measurement of import/ Export of energy. Meter must be provided with all the necessary data cables. The meter to be supplied must be tested from any of the NABL/ BIS Accredited Testing Calibration Laboratories. it shall also comply with the requirement of CEA Regulations on "Installation and Operation of Meter". The energy meter shall be installed at the incoming of the grid interfacing LT panel. Make: L&T/SECURE
18M&L for civil works required for SPV panel supports , control box, invertor fixing etc complete all as specifed and directed.
19NOTES:- (i) The contractor will have 5 year Defect Liabillity period after completion of the work. During the DLP contractor will ensure generation of Minimum Average units (4 Units/KW/Day). Contractor rep and GE rep will make a joint inspection of plant on monthly basis and monthly summary of plant production will be jointly signed.
20(ii)Time frame: Time period of completion is 120 days from the date of commencment of work given in WO No-1.
21(iii) The rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be included to take licence of Chief Electrical Inspectorate of SEB and CEA (Central regulatory authority) including all registration fee and commissioning fee complete all as specifed and as directed. (ALL costs of SEB & CEA Registrations and approvals are deemed to be included in the contract rates)
22(iv) Qualifying Criterion: The Bidder should have the following experience;- (i) Successfully completed Installation , Testing and commissioning of cumulative capacity of 100 KW solar plant. (ii) Certificates of Client satisfaction.
23(v) Minimum Units: Contractor shall ensure that the Minimum Average Units produced are 4 units per KW per day by properly maintaing the plant. This is included in the quoted rates.
24(vi) The contractor shall carry out Shadow Analysis at the site and accordingly design strings & arrays layout considering optimal usage of space, material and labour. The contractor should submit the array layout drawings along with Shadow Analysis Report to GE for approval.
25(vii) Drawings : The Contractor shall furnish the following details for approval of accepting officer prior to the commencement of the work :- (a) General arrangement and dimensioned layout. (b) Schematic drawing of the plant showing the SV panels, Power conditioning inverter, Junction Boxes, AC and DC Distribution Boards, meters etc. (c) Structural drawing of the mounting structure. (d) Layout of solar Power Arrays and strings (e) Shadow analysis of the roof
26(viii) On completion of project contractor shall provide Two sets of following : (a) Structural drawings. (b) Electrical drawings. (c) O&M manuals of each equipment showing complete technical data sheet including deatils of specifications and makes. (d) Details of synchronization equipment and protection equipment.
27(ix) Design of solar power plant to be vetted by NISE or independent agency approved by MNRE.
28(x) Display Board: The contractor to put up adisplay board of suitable size and type of material at the project site mentioning the following: Plant Name, Capacity, Location, Date of commissioning, Warranty details, CA no., MES Office, Power generation, Name of the contractor, Contact number for Maintenanace, etc.
29(xi)Test Reports / Certificates of PV Modules, Solar cells and Invertor to be submitted by the contractor.
30M&L submain wiring in concealed PVC conduit with two runs of 6 sq mm and one run of 6 sqmm for earth continuity, 1100 v grade PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS grade copper conductor cable single core multistranded ISI marked (IS-694) drawn through and including 20 mm dia PVC rigid conduit heavy grade ISI marked (IS-9537, Part-III) including accessories such as bends, supports etc all as specified for building security lights. (Note: 2 runs of 6 sq mm cable and one run of 6 sq mm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit)
31Supply, install, test and commission indoor type feeder piller box (FPB) made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA factory made powder coating weather proof top canopy and protect from hight saline climate sheet front operated cubical type 3 phase 4 wire AC 415 V with necessary angle iron frame and MS channel for bottom base and separate compartment for MCCB/ electrical panel/ bus barchamber with cubical type front and rear opening door (double door type) with locking arrangement with necessary hinges prewired with adquate size of cable and incoming and outgoing cable connections with cable glands lungs etc and bedded in suitable size PCC 1:3:6 type C1 platform etc complete all as specified with including the following :-
32(a) 400 Amps Aluminium bus bar chamber for phase and half neutral.
33(b) MCCB 4 P 125A Amps (mincroprocessor release, Lcs=100% Icu- breaking capacity 36KA -01 Nos

46M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal groundlevel connectedto galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including40 mm dia GI pipe light grade upto 1.5 mtr below ground level for protection pipe ,excavation and earth work charcole dust, common salt PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20 mmstone aggregate forchamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round ,PGIfunnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate no 3 of SSR Part I of 2009and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified anddirected . 49Supply and fix solar street light 20W, IP65,IK08 is made with High Efficiency Mono Crystalline Solar PV Module 40 WP, Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery 12.8V, 24AH with in-built BMS technology, High Efficacy LED, i.e >150 Lumens/Watt, MPPT Solar Charge Controller and Aluminium Extruded body & is specially progrmmed to automatically control the motion dimming and brightness of light, which increases the backup time complete with and including 5m height octagonal pole made of 3mm thick BSEN 10025 sheet and base plate 12mm thick, bolts duly galvnised complete all as specified and directed.
