The maintenance of cooling appliances includes the following:- (i) Cleaning of coil unit with dust blower, lubricate the indoor & outdoor fan motor with oil.(ii) Checking and cleaning the drain connection and air filter periodically, washing of coil with solution once in a contract period. (iii) checking the refrigerant pipe insulation once in a contract period or as and when required(iv) Check & repair the minor electrical fault in incoming supply. (v)Checking the drain water PVC pipe. (vi) Supply of spares/components required to be replaced under this contract shall be measure and paid separately. (vii) Checking the serviceability/ fault of cooling/ heating appliances for any fault/ unserviceability. |
