| 2 | Fixing & aligning the ISCR100 EOT crane track rails to required level and coordinates to be maintained within ± 2mm tolerance including fixing of taper washers, nuts and bolts and providing two coats of anti corrosion paint over one coat of primer to rails and taper washers (Item includes welding of Taper washer Bolts to the existing beam girder) (New 100CR Rails & existing conditioned taper washers will be issued free by HSL any where in yard premises, contractor shall make arrangemnts for collection, transport and shifting to working level (The Nature of work at level of (+) 40.00M) |

(The components of the material shall have a hardness 75 ± 5, Tensile strength is 10.5 N/Sqmm and Elongation is 200%(The Nature of work at level of (+) 40.00M) |
| 5 | Supply and fix of 24mm dia GI fully threded bolt 8.8 Grade of required size to suit the ISCR 100 rail & Molyneux Clip type -AX series with suitable nut and washers including labour and consumables etc., complete all as directed.(The Nature of work at level of (+) 40.00M)(Item includes removal of existing Taperwashers and cutting of welded bolt without damaging the taperwasher and same shall be re-used by providing two coats of epoxy paint over a one coat of primer after thorough buffing/cleaning with wire brush). |
| 6 | Cutting and removal of damaged chequred plate and dispose the unservicable material in the scrap yard in HSL premises including labour and consumables etc., complete all as directed. (The Nature of work at level(+) 40.00M) |
| 7 | Supply and fabrication of walk way platform at building dock EOT crane with 6mm chequred plates of approved make SAIL including cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing in position and applying one coat of zinc rich primer and two coat of Aluminium paint, as per IS 1477 complete all as directed.(The Nature of work at level of (+) 40.00M) |
| 8 | Supply / fabrication & fixing of Gantrail 1216/15 adjustable crane rail clip or its equivalent to suit to ISCR 100 rail and it should withstand a horizontal force from the rail of 165KN and weight of rail clip should be 1.67Kgs minimum. | 9 | Making of rail joints with suitable specialised welding proces like Pre-weld preparation / Crane rail welding / Stress relief heat treatment / smoothening treatment to ISCR 100 rail including necessary consumables etc., complete all as directed.(The Nature of work at level of (+) 40.00M) |
| 10 | Tighting of existing bolts (Dia of bolt from 16mm-40mm) by means of mechanical torque machine to required torque as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (If required welding to be provided ) (The Nature of work at level of (+) 40.00M) |
| 11 | Providing MS Stoppers to lock the rail by weldingof required size complete all as directed. (Fixing of stoppers as per drawing) (Material issued free by HSL but loading, unloading, consumables and shifting of material is in contractor scope) complete all as directed.Thicknes of the Plate size will be 100mx100mmx12mm and upon it 75mmx75mmx12mm plate to be welded. | 12 | Supply, fabrication and fix in position structural steel such as MS angles, etc., for supporting the MS chequred plate including cutting, welding, grinding and necessary consumables, and providing painting two coats best quality anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed. | 13 | Supply, fixing and tighting of G.I bolt 16-42mm dia with fullythreaded,nuts and washer. Tighting of bolt shall be carried out with mechanical torquing machine to required torque or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Item includes disposal of unserviceable bolts at HSL scrap yard.Bolt shall be 8.8 grade and bolt length can be between 75-150mm approx.(The Nature of work at level of (+) 40.00M) |
| 14 | Fabrication and fixing of MS Plates in position as in sole/base plate including necessary welding and grinding. Alignment, painting two coats best quality anti corrosive paint over red oxide primer complete all as directed.(Cutting of base/sole plates at required sizes will be done by HSL but shifitng of material at work location is under contractor scope) (Plate will be free issue from HSL inside anywhere in yard.
