Labour charges for cleaning the surface of embedded parts, skin plate,vertical stiffener, horizontal girder,end arm, bracings, trunnion assembly, trunnion girders, hoist bridge, gearbox and central drive frame, line shaft & supports, turnbuckles, rope bracket etc area to be cleaned is as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Labour only).The cost is excluding GST but including OH @7.5% , CP @ 7.5% and labour cess @1%.

Labour charges for priming one coat of 40 micron thick with any approved primer (preferably Epilux 610 primer Redoxide) to exterior surface of the gate components down stream side of gate, hoist bridge, platform, ladder, railing, walkway etc. includingscaffolding above 4.60 mtr to any height as per specification of paint manufacturer and direction of the Engineer-in-charge( Labour only).The cost is excluding GST but including OH @7.5% , CP @ 7.5% and labour cess @1%.

Labour charges for painting 1st coat of 100 micron with any approved paint (i.e coaltar epoxy based paints to the down -stream area of the skinplate & vertical stifener approximate area 1244sqm,enamel paint to the Surface area for Horizontal Girders, end arm with bracing, trunnion brackets, tie beam, trunnion girder approximate area 2357 sqm. andAlluminium paint toSurface area for walkway & Railing,Hoist bridge etc. approximate area 3217sqm.) component including scaffolding above 4.60 mtr to any heightas per specification of paint manufactures and direction of the Engineer-in-charge( Labour only). Cost of approved primer, paints & thinner. Considering epoxy thinner-884 for red-oxide primer paint at 15% and Normal thinner for enamel & alluminium paint at 10%. Also consider one coat of 40 micron thick primer to be applied on an approximate area 6818 Sqm. 2 coat of coaltar epoxy based paint to be applied in an approximate area of 1244 Sqm each having dry film thickness 100 micron. 2 coats of enamel based paint are to be applied in an approximate area of 2357 Sqm each having dry film thickness 100 micron. 2 coats of Aluminium paint are to be applied in an approximate area of 3217 Sqm each having dry film thickness 100 micron.The cost is excluding GST but including OH @7.5% , CP @ 7.5% and labour cess @1%.
