6Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
7Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
830 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.
9Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
1025 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

The flooring should be certified by International Tennis Federation (ITF) and should have application as first layer of primer (100% acrylic latex based emulsion to improve bond of acrylic court system to the asphalt surface having consumption ratio of 0.014kg/sqft), second layer of acrylic Resurface (Filling and smoothing asphalt or concrete surfaces in preparation for Acryflex tennis court system. It should also fill the surface chips, voids and conceals repairs while providing a smooth surface for color coating. It should have a consumption ratio of 0.046kg/sqft), Third, Fourth & Fifth layer of Unirubber liquid cushion layers at a consumption ratio of 0.10 kgs per sqft all together, Sixth & Seventh layer of Pre coat (Quartz filled % 100 acrylic latex based textured tennis topcoat with consumption ratio of 0.078 kg/sqft) and Eighth layer of Topcoat (100% acrylic latex polymer & colour coat for the finished surface to protect from UV). It should have consumption ratio of 0.023 kg/sft). On top of these8 layers, the line marking should be done
36with Over line paint (100 % acrylic latex based high hiding line paints. It should have consumption ratio of 4 kg/court). The acrylic resurface must have silica sand infill to be embedded into it with consumption ratio of 0.065 kg/sqft. The product must be approved by the respective International Sports Federation and used at the Indian/International championships recognised by the respective Regional/ International Sports federation.
37Design and SITC of suitable Basketball poles made of Channel minimum 3mm thick of 8”x 6” (200mm x 150mm) double channel size 200mm x 75mm make a box of 200 x 150mm with 3.2 meter projection. Basketball Board transparent acrylic imported 25mm thick size 180cm x 105cm with International Standard frame, double frame of aluminium powder coated with built in brackets for mounting dunking ring. Ring is bolted through the backboard into the main frame construction for extra strength and durability Use of branded Epoxy primer and paint. (B.B.C.8X6.3.2.25) (Weight Appx. 780 Kg. each pair) The accessories include Dunking Ring, Quality Net with Epoxy Painting. The rate also includes necessary suitable foundation as per the standard norms etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
