Contractor to ensure that after attend complaints and rectfy the defects problem andalso resettings of controls panel etc or repair/ replacement workcarried out to laundry plant unit system etc as per standard engineering practice,along with all necessary tools etc andkeeping to proper record of complaint/maintenance record in register supplied by the contractor . Notes- (i) The compalint issued related spare parts required for repair/ rectification of defects shall be mesured and paid saperatly under respactive items here in after. (ii) Contractor will ensureproper smooth functioning ofAll various type of related equipment of laundry plantssystem any type any size &model at all workigtimes. (iii) Repair work ofplant shall be carried out by well experienced technitions/ mechanic who has experienced/ working certificate form OEM with proper tools and safety measures.(iv) All petty small parts required for repair i.e. nuts, bolts, washers screws, saddles, grease, oil/ lubricants etc shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the government.(vi) Location and place of complaints shall be as per requirement of maintenance work ofbldg in different areas of in side of BB cantt under GE 864 EWS as directed by Engineer in charge.(vii) Contractor shall be responsible to provide conveyence/transportation & required T&P for attend the complaints. (viii) Contractor shall be responsible for arrenging security passes from the concern department through there guidlines/ procesure. (ix) All type of to attend complaint related problem service / defect problem complaints for repairing work and make it immediately rectification the work problem will be addressed with in 24 hrs from the time of receipt of complaints. If the contractor and his trademan fail to attend the complaint/ rectification of problme work within the given time period , the compensation / penalty of Rs-1000 (Rupee one thousend) per day for per complaints shall be recovered from the contractor dues or as the decision of EIC in this regard shall be final and binding. All the complaints problem is requred to be rectify with in 24 Hrs. |
