Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazedwall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.Two or more coats

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and applying multicoat synthetic plaster as per approved design, pattern texture in 2 mm thick on new plastered surface finished in proper line and level as directed by Engineer-in-charge in five coats consisting of composition of four order of application given as under includig all materials, labour and scaffoldings etc.1) Scrapping of the new surface and applying sealer primer mixed with water in the ratio 1:3 (part sealer primer : 3 part water) and applying by brush @ 0.25 kg/sqm.2) Applying levelling coat of spectrum rustic fine or equivalent with trwel as a putty finished to generate required texture by trowel.3) Applying third coat of synthetic plaster with trwel @ 2.5 kg/sqm finished to generate required texture by trwel.4) Applying two coats of exterior super fine pigmented acrylic wall coating APEX as top coat @ 0.5 kg/sqm in two coats and colours as approved by Engineer-in-charge all up to a height of 10m
