(Optional) 12 In case there is an emergency or exigency or necessity like completion of Yes Yes Allowed ongoing maintenance or testing, the contractor shall ensure that its (Optional) employees are available even beyond their normal working hours or on public holidays, etc, without any additional cost to the hospital. 13 For shutting down any of the Systems, area(s), etc, in the Hospital for any Yes Yes Not Allowed reason for a certain period of time, the contractor shall: a. Seek prior written approval of the hospital and on receipt of such approval proceed with the shut down for such period of time as approved by the hospital. b. In the event an additional period of shut down is necessary then the contractor shall notify the hospital and seek further approval for such extension. c.The contractor shall thereafter inform the Corporation when such Maintenance Services are resumed 14 All faults appearing and their rectification shall be periodically as follows: i) Yes Yes Not Allowed Outlet, Area Alarm, Valve Box, Oxygen System, Nitrous Oxide and all other minor rectification/repairing shall have to comply within 2 hrs. Otherwise penalty clause will be applied. ii) Major breakdown jobs, i.e. compressor, vacuum pumps, Air dryer, bacteria filter, electrical control panel shall have to rectify/replace within 7 days. Otherwise penalty clause will be applied. 15 The firm has to provide round the clock (24X7) maintenance of the entire Yes Yes Not Allowed system and it should be in running conditions all the time for public interest. 16 All routine preventive maintenance and break-down maintenance of the Yes Yes Not Allowed entire system should be done by the firm. Experienced personnel should be readily available. Log of all works undertaken in the manifold/ plant should be meticulously maintained by the firm.
