8Material and labour for emergencymaintenance work of 33 KV overhead line during breakdown by deployingskilled labour and electriciansat faultysite havingGang of minimum 6 persons and transportation including hydraulic machine and other tools and plant required at site for fault rectification. Note:-Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdown. In case the rep or contractor shall not come to the site of breakdown and not starts attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000 per fault per hour will be imposed over contractor and will be deduct from his dues.

25M & L for Jointing of ACSR conductor of any type with mid span joint through compression joint machine of 33 KV lines complete all as specified and directed.
26Trimming and cutting of tree branches(not more than 25mm girth) coming across 33 KV HT over head line clearing the line around 2m single/both sides and disposal of branchesfrom siteexceeding 50m and not exceeding 250m from site complete allas directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - (i)Length of span is approx 200 to 225 RM. (ii) Due care is to be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there should no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case due to any negligence, damage is caused to be make good/renewal by the contractor from his own resources and nothing extra is admissible. (iii)All Safetytolabourer must be adhered by the contractor during trimming and cutting of tree branches.
27Supplying and fixing , Stretching, Securing, Connecting & testing of Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR)of sizeZebra/Dog/Goat/Panther/Wolffor33 KV lines/33 KV yard complete including taking out old unserviceable conductor complete all as directed.
28Material & labour for repair /overhauling of OLTC ( On load tap changer ) of 33KV/11KV Power transformer of capacities 16/20 MVA at site by carrying outfollowing work of BBL make :- (a)Opening of top plate of OLTC. (b) Draining out of transformers oil from the OLTC. (c)Stopping of leakage of oil from main shaft of OLTC including replacement of oil seal and all gasket of OLTC. (d)Checking/servicing of moving and fixed contact of OLTC and resistance test of contact. (e)Flushing of OLTC assembly with hot new oil and removing of sludge. (f) Filling of new transformer oil in OLTC . (g)Tightening of all tapping leads and connections. (h)Refixing oftop plate of OLTC in original position after overhauling. (i)Electrical testing of manual/auto operation of OLTC. Note :- Transformer oil as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item No 88 here-in-after as supply only.

(v) Check for rust and wear. (vi) Checking of spring charge mechanism (vii) Visual check for rust and deformation. 73M&L for Bore earthing 150 mm dia buried by vertical boring machine, depth 50 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole of 12mm dia, 115mm C/C on both side of the pipe including lowering in bore well upto the depth of 49 mtr and one mtr above the ground level. The pipe electrode should be filled around commercial salt charcoal dust, copper sulphate and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. The borewell should have 12 mtr of length 150mm dia MS pipe for protection of borewell. Welding of GI Strip 50mmx6mm on earth electrode GI Pipe 50mm dia upto 10mtr below ground level and 15 mtr from the bore well to test point gun metal and PCC foundation surrounding the borewell 60cmx60cmx30cm all as directed by Engr-in-charge. GI strip more than 25mtr will be measured and paid separately. Note :- Cost of gun metal test point deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
74Taking out of heavy duty cooling fan ,3 phase, 50 Hzof size 600mm form power transformer 33/11 KV of capacity12/16 MVA,servicing of the fan by opening including cleaning, greasing , replacement of defective spares parts such asbearing/ bushing, capacitor, canopy, clamp, blade, etc with new one and painting of fan body with synthetic enamel paint and re-assembling in same position after repairs and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) The cost of spare parts deemed to be included in quoted rates . (b)Rewinding of the fan will be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule here-in-after.
