BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded heat shrink typePVC sleeves andrigidly mounted on suitable size "F" class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant, high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material.4 NosAluminium bus bars of rating 300 amps,. For all internal connections from main bus bars to MCCBS shall be carried out with heat shrink type PVC insulated aluminium flats of suitable size and from bus bars to MCBs with suitable size FRLS PVC insulated multi flexible type copper wires as per the current carrying capacity of individual switch gears. 70S&F in repair cable route indicator made out of MS sheet of size 30cmx20cm of 4mm thick with writing HT/LT cable with MS angle iron frame by using MS angle of size 25x25x3m,and two Nos legs of 1.2 m long of size 25x25x3mm fixed in ground in PCC (1:3:6) TypeC-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, size15cmx15cm x15cm including painting with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint of specified colour over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

72Carry out day to day rectification of external electrification complaints such as repair reconnection and lightening of burnt/ loose cable laid in MCCB/MCB of existing LT indoor/outdoor panel and bus bar with suitable size lug/thimbles, attending external electrical, no supply complaints, jointing of traced out burnt cable with suitable size of jointing kit complete all a specified and directed. Note (a) Replacement of major items shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule (b) Repairing upto 3 points at different electrical system without any other material will be considered as one job
73M & L for repair of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes including replacement of hinges/locking arrangments nut/bolts,welding, brazing etc complete all as specified and directed
74Supply only stainless steel hinges of size not less than 150mm for fixing on existing panel board etc complete all as specified and directed
75Supply only stainless steel hinges of size not less than 100mm for fixing on existing panel board etc complete all as specified and directed
76Supply and fixing in replacement of MS Chequered plate of 5 mm thick or over in thickness confirming to Fe - 290 Gde E165 and fixed in substation building including making provision for lifting the plate from duct complete all as directed.
77M&L for disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connection of stabilizer,opening from top and taking out U/S parts and fixing of new spare parts to make it functional etc complete all as specified and directed. Note Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of following:- (i) Taking out transformer oil for repair of voltage stabilizer and repouring after repair of stabilizer. 98M&L for dismantling the cable connection of four pole ACB of capacity upto 1250 Amp, 415V 50Hz of as per existing make, strip opening the ACB, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance:- (a)   Cleaning the insulation parts including bushing withCTC solution. (b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer’s instructional manual. (c) Check the bolts,nuts,washers,cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tightening and replacement of the worn out parts. (d) Check arc chutes for damage. (e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces, Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer’s instructional manual. (f) Checking/inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. (g) checking control device free for operation. (j) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional. Note: (i)The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor spares like lubricants, nuts/bolts/washers/ pins etc. (ii) Major spares like shunt release & trip coil etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant schedule items as supply only. (iii) The servicing of ACB shall be carried out by OEM/authorised vendor of OEM for proper functionning of ACBs.

114M&L for Servicing of APFC panel, to check the main incoming LT MCCB ,and replace the unserviceable parts and ensure the performance of panel, check the fuses, capacitor serviceability and replace burnt parts with new, ensure that there is no loose connection on panel, providing proper connection including taking out cable from tenches/loop and reconnect in same after repair foras per required quantity etc complete all as specified and directed. NoteSpare parts which are to be renewed shall be paid separately under respective items as supply only.

"Note :- Spare parts which are to be renewed shall be paid separately under respective items as supply only.
