13Supply & fixing Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50mm outer dia conforming to IS:14930 Pt-II with antirodant and non flame propergating properties of make and colour as approved by Garrison Engineer with fittings as protection to cable, laid in tranches or fixed to poles/walls complete with and including taking up/ down old damaged pipe and removing from site of work complete allas specified & directed.
14Material and labour for overhauling of existing 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamp, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings & aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Replacement of flood light fittings, aviation obstruction light, control cable, steel wire rope , timer panel components & rewinding of motor if required at site shall be measured and paid separately. However, the cost of minor spare parts & lubrication is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
15Supply and fixing in replacement of 170 Watt 230V LED flood light fitting made up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy =100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including surface mounting using adjustable MS cradle of thickness 5 mm provided with the fixture including taking down existing unserviceable flood light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

30Supply and fixing in replacement high power LED street light fittings energy saving luminaire with lens , capacity 90 watt with system efficacy (lm/w) not less than 100 lumens per watt, total system lumen not less than 9000 lumens, PF not less than 0.95, CRI not less than 70,colour temp. 5700K +300K, surge protection not less than 5 KV, high pressure die cast aluminium alloy LM6 housingIP-66 class 1 protection, toughened glass cover, driver efficiency > 85% with constant output of current and voltage against input voltage variation 120 to 270 volt at 50 Hz ( + 5%), THD< 10% complete all as specified. The driver should be potted with electrolytic capacitor of min 105 degrees rating and must be with phase to phase protection, external SPD should be minimum 10 KV capacity complete allas specified & directed.
31Material & labour for painting of steel poles 9 m long with two coats of aluminium paint including cross arms , clamps & brackets fitted on pole all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including providing reflective strips of width 10cm at a height of 1.20 metre from ground level in alternate colour green and whitearound the pole of pattern alongwith pole number marking with black paint as approved by GE and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved by Engieer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
32Disconecting and taking out serviceable pole of octogonal including foundation all connections and shiftng the pole to new location upto 50 mtrs, including errection of pole in PCC (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate, earthwork, cable connectionsand necessary nut/bolts/washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
33Disconecting and taking out serviceable pole of steel tubular poles 9 metre longincluding all connections and shiftng the pole to new location upto 50 mtrs, including errection of pole in PCC (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate , earthwork , cable connectionsand necessary nut/bolts/washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
34Supply, installation, testing and commissioningin replacement of out door typeCCMS Panel 20KW 3 phase with Group Control management system using GPRS/GSM technology suitable for incoming of 63 Amps ,including sensor for anti-tampering of panel, fibre glass in front for display of connection indicator & display MF meter, external locking arrangement sheet enclosure to be used should be CPRI approved CCMS Panel IP55 as per IS/IEC 61439, Die electric property as per IS/IEC 61439 and clearance & creepage distance, CCMS Panel drawing must be approved by CPRI with angle iron frame 50 x 50 x 6 mm size legs , 04 nos legs 600 mm long, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for grouting of base,suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz 4 wire AC supply and earthing complete allas specified & directed .Following sub component features (Ser No 30.01 to 30.10)must be included within panel cost of all tiping features shall be demed to be including in quoted rates:- i) MCCB TPN 63 Amps capacity 16 KA 415 Volts - 01 No (Incoming) with separate SPD of 40 kV capacity -01 Nos.(ii) Resing cast CT"s 100/5A - Set of 3, 01 Nos (iii) Multi-function digital meter class 1 accuracy -01 Nos ,feeding information to GPRS controller.
35NOTE :- GPRS controller module for dual communication with additional power back up upto 48 hrs. The CCMS should have inbuilt capabiity to directly measure three phase & its prameters & have 1.0 class accuracy using Multifunction meter, should have LCD display to show all events & manually setting the parameters. the IOT GPRS/RFHybrid device must be communicable with GPRS & RF Both (future ready) & device should be password access via cloud platform so that only authorised person can access the CCMS panel & can alter settings using dashboard. The device should have led indication forpower net work and data and also parameters should be manually set on GPRS unit is as low voltage, high voltge, high temp, overload, set fault enable, disable, sunrise-sunset, CT ratio, password enable disable & change password. Web site specifications : When user login to website it should have dashboard for easy understanding of total light installed and no of on light and off light based on total power consumption only , actual load, enery saving & map vie of panel installation, all parameters should be remotely set by website and for remote setting there should be 2nd level password protection, the parameter which can be remotely shoud be as remote on-off, schedule write, set CT ratio, set RTC as per server if device"s RTC misbehave & control twilight time, all units shoud be set simultaneously as well individual as user required, there should failure report generation program as well network off devices report to easy find fault sites.
36The GUI Unit : The GUI shall able to measure Voltage, Current, Power Factor, Active power, Apparent power, metering cumulative active energy, metering cumulative aparent energy. Time scheduling which could be defined from the GUI running locally in smart device. GPRS communication between panel and cloud server and an option in panel for RF communication between panel and individual street lights for futuristic expansion. Wireless local control for field staff to on/off panel incase of GSM failure. The panel should be capable of sending following alerts:- (a) Phase wise over current / short circuit (b) Phase wise over voltage (c) Group failure of lights (d) No output supply (e) Tampering of door (f) Over voltage and under voltage protection for contactors and smart device (g) Low power factor detection (h) Under load and over load detecion. (j) GSM network down alert (k) RTC and NVM failure. (l) In built astronomical timer.
37(m) MCB tripping to be monitored on web application. The GUI should also support Google Maps overlay for live status monitoring of panel.Support for COAT (Configuration over the air) and FOTA (firmware over the air), Live instaneous load update, Total monthly /weekly/daily power consumption, on time and saving info, Configuration for user hierarchy from the GUI, Configuration for SMS and email for alert and reporting complete all as specified and directed.
38Inbuilt astronomical timer within IOT Device or external on the basis of latitude and longitude of the instllation for place controller itself decides switch on-off timings, sun rise/ sun set on-off, set time on - off incluiding 6 years battery reserve or equivalent power backup- 01 Nos.

83Supply, erection and fixing in position 9.00 metre long, steel tubular swaged poles in replacement complete with mild steel base plate, flat topwelded type 410, SP-31 IS:2713 marked, drilling of necessary holes including bolts, nuts and washers as required and painting with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed, surfaces of poles and two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto the planting depth including providing reflective strips of width 10cm upto a height of 1.20m from ground level in alternate colour yellow and black around the pole of pattern as approved by GE and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation earthwork and concrete work shall be measured and paid for separately.
