Fabrication Unit, Naini, Prayagraj- 1 Fabrication of small zinc kettle (Size 3.70x0.60x0.60 meter) for DSQ/MS Plate of size 40/25 mmat the premises of Electricity Fabrication Unit, Naini, Prayagraj in which following works involves. 2 Cutting of one No. base plate of size 4000x900 mm from 40 mm thick DSQ plate. Chipping, cleaning & surfacer of grinding of Base plates. 3 Cutting of 02 Nos. side plate of size 4000x600mm from 40 mm DSQ plate by gas cutting and shifting the welding place at work shop shed No.3. Chipping, cleaning & surfacer of grinding of side plate, plates of welding portion. 4 Cutting of 02 Nos. end plate of size 600x600mm from 40mm. DSQ plate by gas cutting and shifting the welding place at work shop shed No.3. Chipping, cleaning & surfacer of grinding of end plates of welding portion. 5 Cutting of 02 No. strengthening plate of size 4000x350mm. And 02 No. of size 600x350mm from 25mm thick M.S. Plate by gas cutting and shifting the welding place at work shop shed No.3. Chipping, cleaning & surfacer of grinding of strengthening plate of welding portion. 6 Cutting of 16 Nos. ribs of size 600x100mm from 40 mm thick DSQ plate and cutting of groove of size 350x25mm in each rib by gas cutting to accommodate the reinforcement plate and shifting at welding place. Chipping, cleaning & surfacer of grinding of ribs of welding portion. 7 Welding of zinc kettle which includes jointing of side plates with each other as well as bottom plate reinforcement plate of 25mm. thick. at the other surface wall of the kettle and 16 Nos. ribs works as stiffener with D&H welding electrodes (45-S) and ordinary electrodes.
