Cement Concrete (1:4:8) with 4 cm size CBHG metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete water curing to required level not exceeding 150 mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard crusher broken chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting and laying compacting watering curing including cost, conveyance, royalties taxes of all materials etc. completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centring and shuttering C.C. work in foundation, plinth band and footing bases of columns. Pre cast slabs etc including false work and dismantling then after casting including cost of materialscomplete in ground floor.
