| 58 | Gas Charging: - Work will include taking out Air Conditioners, cutting, gas charging, brazing and remounting of air conditioner, Refrigerant gas for charging shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. |
| 59 | Rewinding of burnt fan motor:- Work will include taking out Air Conditioners, dismantling burnt fan motor and installing the air conditioners. It will also include rewinding of burnt fan motor, replacement of petty spares like switches, relays, condensers etc. |
