| 8 | NOTES FOR SCH " A" PART -IITEM NO 1:- (i) The quoted rates shall deemed to included cost ofrequired/ sufficent manpower deployed for the maintanance purpose, T&P used and other petty items such as cotton, kerosene, oil, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete includinglabour cost for fixing spares etc. (ii)During maintanance, any spares required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items here-in-after. Fixing charges of same are deemed to be included in quoted rate for maintenance of DG sets. If spares are not included here-in-afterthen department will provide the same free of cost for fixing. (iii)The contractor shall be liable to provide adequate number of mechanics if required during the maintenance/break down without any extra cost to government for smooth functioning of various DG sets. (iv)Contractor shall visit each DG set prior quoting the rate to know the current status of respective DG set. No claim on this account shall be entertained during curreny of work. |
