The canopy shall be fabricated out of ISA 40x40x5 mm (77 kg). After fabrication of complete angle structure (as per drawing), the structure shall be painted twice by anti-corrosive metal primer and two coats of blue paint. The job also includes Providing and Fixing of CGI sheets, high rib, (28 gauge) 900x1800 mm of blue/green shade to be fixed on the roof top of the angle iron structure. 11	Providing, Supply, Laying and Fitting of XLPE insulated 1.1KV 1-core 240 sq. mm un-armoured Aluminium cable (350 meters) covered with suitable PVC/ rubber sleeves for cabling of electrical equipment. The job includes crimping of the terminal ends of the conductor with hydraulic tool and providing and fitting of corresponding copper lugs. The conductor shall be of reputed make preferably Grand lays/ Havells/ Polycab/ equivalent and shall be as per relevant IS specifications. Providing and fitting of 630 AMP, 4-pole 415V MCCB with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting having 50 KA breaking capacity Ics = 100% Icu (Make: L&T d-sine or equivalent).The job comprises of providing of Hydraulic Crimpling tool with 30 to 450 Ampere dies. All the electrical items and cable installed in station shall be provided with manufactures test certificate.
12	Fabrication, providing and fitting of Canopy of size (1200x1500x1350mm) for protection of motors lift irrigation station Kakapora. The canopy shall be fabricated out of ISA 40x40x5 mm (77 kg). After fabrication of complete angle structure (as per drawing), the structure shall be painted twice by anti-corrosive metal primer and two coats of blue paint. The job also includes Providing and Fixing of CGI sheets, high rib, (28 gauge) 900x1800 mm of blue/green shade to be fixed on the roof top of the angle iron structure. The job includes providing and fitting of J Hooks, washers, nuts etc. required for providing of CGI Sheets.(3.5 Sqm)

14	Providing and fitting of service line for electrificationand station premises. The service line shall be 2 core-16 mm sq. Armoured Aluminium XLPE cable including suitable size & rating of thimbles to be drawn from electric transformer sub-station/main panel board to sub-main panel board or as per requirement. The cable shall be provided with manufactures test certificate.
15	Providing and fitting of MCBs for electrical circuit with 63A as incomer, 10A MCBs for lighting circuits, floodlighting, etc, 20A MCB for heating circuits. The MCBs shall be mounted on a MCB distribution box 10-way fitted on panel board for central control of electrification of pump house and station premises.
