1Demolishing R.C.C. work by manual/mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations andstacking & depositing serviceable material to civil store and disposal of unserviceable materialto the designated disposal yard with all lead and lift including cutting reinforcement bars complete etc. as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
2Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation, trenches or drains maximum up to 2.5 meter depth, including shoring, strutting, dewatering if requires, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 2.0 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils to disposal yard, filling excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of constrcutions/foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

5Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for following structures as per the specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge:
6Foundations, footings, bases for columns, pedestals, flooring, foothpath etc.
7Retaining walls, dyke, bund, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth, plinth beam and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.
8Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete at all level for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including transport, placing, compaction, pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability, compaction with needle as well as surface vibrator, finishing, curing, cover blocks, etc. complete as per specification and as directedby the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement bars. (Note:- Minimum Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable @ Rs 450/- per Bag. Excess cement if any as per approved design mix shall be used. However excess cement is not payable separately. Unit rate shall be quoted accordingly.
9Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalentconsisting of Araldite and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer"s on existing concrete/Plaster surfaceto achive a dry film thickness of 450 to 500 micron, over a coat of epoxy primer toprotect concrete/Plaster surfacefrom various acids, alkalies, sodium sulphate solid as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbingwith wire brushes/grinder,making the surface smooth including cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc.complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
10Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand, 8 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) for all worksincludingconsolidation, finishing, curing, cost of Form work, shuttering, centering, cover blocks etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement i.e. Thermo-Mechanically Treated barsof Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO at all levels for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
12Providing and installation of three piece 10” PP Ball valve with Teflon seat including removal of existing valve, nut bolts, gaskets, damage slip on flanges & providing and fixing new gaskets, nut bolts of SS 304, HDPE slip on flanges as required for installation of the new valve complete to make the leak tight connection in all respect. It includes any type of pipe flange or pipe end cutting/welding/repair requirements that persist after removal of the valve for installation of new valve etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
13Providing and installation of three piece 8” PP Ball valve with Teflon seat including removal of existing valve, nut bolts, gaskets, damage slip on flanges & providing and fixing new gaskets, nut bolts of SS 304, HDPE slip on flanges as required for installation of the new valve complete to make the leak tight connection in all respect. It includes any type of pipe flange or pipe end cutting/welding/repair requirements that persist after removal of the valve for installation of new valve etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
