Following are the design parameters: (i) RCC Framed construction as per IS 456-2000(ii) M-25 Design mix of concrete with TMT steel of Fe 500 grade(iii)Exposure condition-as applicable (iv) Seismic provisions- As applicable as per latest IS-13920, IS-1893 and any other relevant IS code.(v) The build up area for design is approx 600 Sqm. |
| 5 | Notes for Item No 4:- (i) The structural drawings should cover details of columns, beams, lintels, slab etc as applicable. The Architectural drawing should cover the necessary cross sectional drawings along with plan and elevation. |
