| 1 | Repair/ Servicing to damagedAMF panels L&T make, model CN-CS 800 S1 air circuit breaker of 500 kvaby dismantling the air circuit breaker from the panel by removing the bolts and nuts of the same and disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cables of the breaker than bringing the breaker outside from the panel and opening the cover of the breaker and dismantling the gears of the breakerandUV coil of the same and replacingthe damaged gears and coil of the breaker with new ones. The job also includes replacing the damaged Electric breaker 01 No with new one and repairing the DG circuit breaker 01 No andthen dismanting the handle/ lever gears and springs of the same and replacing with new ones and then greasing work to be done of the internal charging handle gears, then cleaning the internal parts and contactors of the 500 kva AMF panel breaker with petrol and fitting back the contactors by replacing the damaged wirings of the contactors and fitting back the cover of the breaker after complete servicing and putting back the completebreaker in the panel by fitted bolts and nuts and tightening the same, and connecting the cables both incoming and outgoing . The job includes complete servicing of the air circuit breaker of the 380 kva DG set AMF panelby dismantled the breaker and cleaning of the internal parts with the petrol by replacing the coil and lever/handle damaged gears with new one and cleaning of the contactors and elements also repairing the damaged Electric Circuit breaker and replacingthe worn out springs of the lever,greasingof the charging handle internal gears and after complete servicing fitted back the Air circuit breaker in the AMF panel of the 380 kva DG set.After connecting the cables both incoming and outgoing than complete trial taken the breakers of the panels at complete load by repeating the trial process 2or 3 times. Complete job includes the cost of the material, tools and tackles, labour/ service charges, transportation charges other kinds of taxes etc. thereof. |
