The follow detailed specifications of the hook lift of a system with a capacity of 200 kN, Hook Height of 1570 mm and be mounted on a chassis height of 1050 mm. • The bottom frame of Hook Loader would be comprising two longitudinal main runners and cross reinforcement. To the rear of the system the pivot point of the tipping frame would be attached. The pivot point would be situated as low as possible into the bottom frame so that the tipping capacity of the cylinders shall be augmented. • The bottom frame should have several containers supports which would be divided over the full length and support the container’s lower main frame. As well at the front of the bottom frame high tensile steel slide supports should be placed to support the container over a big surface. • At the front of the frame the cylinder bridge construction should be located, and provide a strong and solid attachment for the main cylinders. The tipping frame automatically lock the bottom frame during the unloading procedure. • The tipping frame of Hook Loader have the provisions to enables the system to tip the containers. The tipping frame should rotate at the rear of the system’s bottom frame and have casted rollers on which the container would be supported. At the tipping frame a steel locking device shall be constructed in order to lock to the main off-loading frame. These two components would be locked together for tipping the container. • The off-loading frame of Hook Loader shall have the hook mast, which slides front and backwards. The off-loading frame would enable the system to roll off the container. The off-loading frame should rotate in the middle of the main frame at the front of the tipping frame. During the operation, the hook masts should be moved backwards and unlocks the off-loading frame from the tipping frame. After this the two double acting main cylinders shall rotate the off-loading frame and make enables the system to roll-off the container. • The hook mast of Hook Loader shall bemoved front – and backwards inside the off-loading frame. The hook mast shall have the provisions of unlocking the off-loading frame from the tipping frame, will be capable to enables the system to roll – off the container. System should have synthetic bearing for maintenance free bearing of the sliding. • The high strength cast hook mounted into the hook mast should be placed at a height of 1570 mm. which have hook eye of the container for the safetyduring tipping, on and off rolling. |
