Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of in line a vaccum operated dozing of chlorine system of capacity 2 kg. per hour alongwith sonically regulated type of chlorination system wall mounted or cylinder mounted with 2 Nos.two Nos. filled chlorine cylinder of net capacity 100 kg gross weight 160 kg. to 165 kg. with sefty valve duly certified by the explosive department Govt. of India at Nagpur with cylinder opening key, vaccum regulator, Rota Meter with rate valve (Chlorine Doze adjustment low and High). The dosing of chlorine system of capacity 0 gm to 2 kg per hour. The system shall be manually controlled having a feed range i.e. chlorine dozing/ capability to control within Plus or Minus 4% of the indicated flow rate of liquid chlorine. The Dozing of chlorine System with chlorine doze PE tubing, various sizes of pipe lines (in or out). The pipe line working pressure 6.5 kg to 10 kg per Cm2 (Maximum) of approved make, if required high pressure boosting pump/ submersible pump working pressure 5 kg to 7.5 kg per Cm2 (Maximum), suitable manual starter (start and stop) and suitable electrical wire, Make Supreme Technology, Control Matric, Zion Technology and all other complete fittings as required at site. Warranty period 6 months for any manufacturing defects only.
